INICET Registration for January 2022 PG medical admissions to start tomorrow: AIIMS

New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced that the registration and basic candidate information for admission to PG courses of INIs for the January 2022 session will be started from 05:00 pm on Friday, the 10th September 2021 to Saturday, 9th October 2021 by 05:00 pm.

The date(s) of Completion of the Application form will be notified soon.

Further, all applicants who have applied earlier and whose Registration and Basic Candidate Information have been accepted for January 2019, July 2019, January 2020, July 2020, January 2021 & July 2021 session are not required to fill the Registration and Basic candidate information again. They will have to complete the application form only after the generation of fresh Exam Unique Code (EUC) for INI-CET July 2021 session which will start at later date to be announced, the AIIMS notice stated.

Those candidates who have done Registration and Basic Candidate Information for July 2021 session and whose Registration and Basic Candidate Information was incomplete OR rejected due to "Incomplete/invalid Images" are also allowed to complete their Registration and Basic Candidate Information.

The edit option is available in "MyPage" of Registration and Basic Candidate Information. Candidate can edit their Registration and Basic Candidate Information, if required.

Please do not wait till the last minute and complete all formalities by 12.09.2021 by 5:00 pm, the authorities have advised the candidates.

Procedure for Online Registration & Submission of application form as follows:

The candidate may register online for Open Round of Seat Allocation latest by 05:00 pm on Sunday, the 12th September, 2021 on www.aiimsexams.ac.in

a) To Register go to www.aiimsexams.ac.in

b) Select your desired course "[MD/MS.(M.Ch.(6yrs.)/DM(6yrs.)]" / "MDS" under "Academic Courses" tab and then click on the "Registration/Login" under General Links to proceed further to register.

c) Enter your Registration ID and Password to login.

d) On "My Page" click on "Register for Open Round of Seat Allocation" link. 5. opt for choice to register for Open Round of Seat Allocation.

6. OBC(NCL)/EWS CANDIDATES:

All OBC/EWS candidate participating in Open Round of Seat Allocation are required to upload valid cast certificate. The OBC/EWS certificate must be valid for admission in Central Govt. Institution. The validity of OBC/EWS certified shall be as follows: -

(i) OBC-NCL/EWS: The OBC-NCL/EWS certificates should have been issued between 11.04.2020 to 12.04.2021 (Last date of online registration of INI- CET, July 2021), both dates inclusive.

• If you don't have any valid certificate, please click on available tab for appearing as a General Candidates (UR) during the Open round of seat allocation for admission to PG courses of INIs for July 2021 session.

• The verification of OBC/EWS certificates shall be done prior to the allotment of subject in seat allocation on the basis of certificate uploaded during online registration.

• Those candidates, who are found not eligible for OBC/EWS seat on the basis of verification of respective certificates, shall be treated as UR. The seat will be allotted in order of merit. The status of OBC/EWS will be informed through email sent on registered email id only.

7. Payment of security deposit for Open Round of Seat Allocation:

2. The details of the Transaction with Transaction ID/UTR number, Date of Transaction, Name of the Bank and amount of electronic fund transfer should be updated in the online registration form of Open round of seat allocation with uploading of print of electronic fund transfer.

8. Fill the following mandatory details before exercising choices:

All candidates required to deposit Rs. 3,00,000.00 as a security are required to provide the bank detail in which their security deposit will be refunded (if any), as required in the portal.

Important:

a) The refund will only be processed in bank account in due course of time after confirming verification based on the status received from respective INIs, to those candidates who have deposited the amount of Rs. 3 Lakhs as security deposit and are not liable for forfeiture of security deposit as per rules.

b) The payment will be refunded after the security deposit details are Verified/Reconciled matched with the AIIMS Bank account.

It is important to remember that no other mode then above will be considered.

9. All candidates shall be required to make choices of subject/speciality in order of preference. The allocation of subject/speciality shall be made, on the basis of overall merit order and order of preference (fill on or before 12.09.2021 by 05:00 pm). The candidates can make any number of choices, can edit the choices and reorder the choices.

10. After 5 pm on last date 12.09.2021, no change in choices or order of preference will be allowed and all future allotment/offer will be made on the basis of filled in choices and order of preference.

11. Produce printout of the Registration slip & Admit Card at the time of joining along with all original certificates and one set of Photocopy of certificates.(further details will be available in the result notification of Open Round of Seat Allocation)

12. Candidates availing constitutional reservation must show valid proof of their claim for reserved seat at allocated Institute when they are depositing original certificates. In case they do not possess a valid certificate then their claim for the reserved seat allocated will be nullified. The OBC/EWS certificate must be valid for admission in Central Govt. Institution as mentioned in the point no.-6.

13. All Certificates including claim for constitutional reservation will be subjected to verification. Candidature can be cancelled at any stage further if any of the documents is found to be invalid.

14. The verification of OBC/EWS certificates shall be done prior to the allotment of subject in seat allocation / counselling on the basis of certificate uploaded during online registration.

15. Those candidates, who are found not eligible for OBC(NCL)/EWS seat on the basis of verification of respective certificates before seat allocation of Open Round, shall be treated as UR. The seat will be allotted in order of merit. The status of OBC(NCL)/EWS will be informed through registered email id.

16. Candidates availing PWBD horizontal reservation in the seat allocation must show valid proof of their claim for reserved seat at allocated AIIMS when they are depositing original certificates. In case they do not possess a valid certificate then their claim for the reserved seat allocated in seat allocation will be nullified.

17. Any seat of July 2021 session falling vacant because of resignation (after joining) till 12.09.2021 by 01:00 pm shall be included.

19. All disputes pertaining to the conduct of the examination by AIIMS and seat allocation will be subject to the jurisdiction of High Court of Delhi only.
