KEA extends round 3 NEET PG counselling option entry window
Bengaluru: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has notified about the extension to the round 3 option entry window for NEET PG Counselling 2025. Besides, the counselling body has released the PG Medical Additional Provisional Seat Matrix-2025 providing updated information on additional postgraduate medical seats available in private unaided medical colleges across the state.
Important Dates and Schedule:

| Last Date for Reporting to the College | 14-02-2026, up to 5:30 PM |
Instructions for Candidates-
Candidates must report to the allotted college for admission along with:
Admission Order (Candidate Copy)
One set of photocopies of all Annexure documents
Aadhaar Card (for verification)
Mobile handset (to receive OTP)
After OTP authentication and photo verification (Face Recognition), the college authority will download the college copy of the admission order. Only after this process is completed will the admission be treated as final.

KEA has clarified that these seats are provisional in nature and subject to change during the counselling process. Candidates participating in PG medical counselling are advised to carefully review the seat matrix, verify eligibility, and keep track of further notifications related to option entry and allotment.
