Telangana : Through a recent notice, KNRUHS (Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences) has informed about the Exercising of web-options for the Additional Mop up phase of Counseling to fill the Vacant Seats under Competent Authority Quota for Admission into PG Medical /Degree/Diploma Courses into Medical Colleges Affiliated to KNRUHS & NIMS for 2021-22.

KNR UHS hereby notifies the conduct of Additional Mop Up phase of web based counseling for allotment of vacant seats after Mop Up phase under Competent Authority Quota for Post Graduate Diploma/Degree courses in Government and Private Non-Minority/Minority Medical colleges of Telangana State affiliated to KNRUHS and Nizams Institute Of Medical Sciences,Hyderabad for the academic year 2021-22.

Candidates whose names are notified in the Provisional final merit list and addendums on KNR UHS website can exercise web options for admission into PG Medical Degree / Diploma seats in the Medical Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS and NIMS, Hyderabad from 05.00 PM on 29-03-2022 to 02.00 P.M. on 3 0 -03-2022.

Candidates who were allotted seats as per their options in previous phases of counseling and who have not joined / discontinued the course after joining are not eligible for exercising web- options for Additional Mop Up phase of counseling. Candidates notified in the All India Quota PG Medical Courses admitted list by MCC are also not eligible to exercise web-options. In-Service candidates are also not eligible to exercise web options as per G.O.Ms.No.155 as the vacant service seats are converted to non service category.

For eligibility criteria and regulations refer to notifications dated: 19.11.2021.

UNIVERSITY FEE: Allotted Candidates have to pay University fee of Rs.20,600/- by way of payment gate-way on-line and down-load the allotment letter. Candidates who have paid University fee in previous phases need not pay again

TUITION FEE: Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Medical colleges. The tuition fee is payable as per Government of Telangana orders and interim orders of Hon'ble High Court of Telangana in WP.No.6799 of 2020.

NOTE:

The details of vacant seats available for counseling are placed in the website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in The candidates can exercise web options for PG Medical Degree / Diploma Courses in all Medical Colleges under KNRUHS and NIMS through https://tspgmed.tsche.in Competent Authority Quota seats in Minority Medical Colleges will be allotted to Muslim Minority Candidates only. Muslim Minority Candidates are also eligible for Competent Authority Quota seats in other Medical Colleges.

The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the existing Government orders and relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court orders.

Instructions to Candidates:

I. Candidates can exercise web-options for seats in PG Medical Degree / Diploma Courses in All Medical Colleges and NIMS through https://tspgmed.tsche.in/ as per eligibility.

II. Eligible NEET PG qualified candidates as per provisional final merit list can exercise web options for Post Graduate seats in all Medical Colleges and NIMS for Medical Courses in order of their interest and priority.

III. Eligible Candidates are advised to go through the prospectus of KNRUHS and NIMS available on website before exercising web options.

IV. Candidates exercising web options for PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses are informed that, there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web-options, candidates can exercise web options for any number of subjects and colleges the candidate is interested to join as per eligibility.

V. If a PG seat is allotted in this phase of counseling as per web options exercised by the candidate in this phase of counseling, the seat allotted in the previous phases of counseling will be automatically cancelled and allotted to the other candidates. Therefore candidates are informed to exercise web options carefully for sliding with awareness of this fact.

VI. IMPORTANT NOTE :

Candidates are informed that if they exercise web- options for a seat and allotted a seat as per their choice in this phase of web counseling and do not join in the course or discontinue after joining (after last date of free exit), they have to pay penalty of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakhs) and also will be debarred for 3 years for PG Medical admission under KNRUHS if any to prevent seat blocking.

VII. Candidates are advised to opt for seats and courses in which they are interested to join, if they are not interested to join they should not give options and provide opportunity for next meritorious candidates and prevent blockade / wastage of seats.

VIII. Candidates can exercise options on the web either from home / any other place through a computer having internet facility.

IX. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details read instructions to the candidates before giving options.

X. The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking), check their allotment and report to the Principal of respective college and join the course on or before the last date specified on the allotment letter.

XI. Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the college of admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.

XII. Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically and the candidate has to pay penalty of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakhs) and also will be debarred for 3 years for PG Medical admission under KNRUHS if any to prevent seat blocking.

XIII. Candidates slided from one Medical college to other Medical college under KNRUHS have to collect custodian certificate, tuition fee and bond from the admitted college of previous phases of counseling. Candidate has to report to the Principal of allotted medical college in MOP Up phase, submit custodian certificate, bond , pay the tuition fee and college fee to complete the admission process. The original certificates shall be transferred to the admitted college after closure of admissions.

XIV. The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

XV. University will notify the last date of free exit on KNRUHS website. Admitted candidates cannot discontinue from the course after the last date of free exit. If candidates want to discontinue the course after the last date of free exit they have to pay penalty of Rs. 20,00,000/-(Twenty Lakhs ) and they will be debarred from PG admissions for 3 years.
