MBBS 2025 at AIIMS New Delhi: Check complete schedule, list of required documents

New Delhi- The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has released the revised schedule of activities of Undergraduate (UG) counselling for the academic year 2025.

The schedule have been released for the candidates who are allotted AlIMS New Delhi, as per the result of 1st Round of MBBS seat allocation by the Medical Counseling Committee for NEET-UG 2025. Those candidates are required to report at AlIMS, New Delhi, to complete the process of Admission from 04 August 2025 to 08 August 2025.

As per the revised schedule, the activities of UG counselling 2025 will commence from 04th August 2025 and will end on 17th August 2025.

Reporting Verification & submission of original documents.

From 04 August 2025 to 08 August 2025.

9.30 AM to 4.00 PM (for verification and submission of original documents).

For GH & Holidays: The timings shall be from 10:00 AM To 2:00 PМ.

Medical Examination and submission of Academic Fees.

07 & 08 August 2025.

Reporting at 8:45 AМ

The medical shall be conducted on 07 & 08 August 2025 in Conference Hall and on declaration of Medical Fitness, Candidates are required to pay the requisite Academic Fee.

Hostel Accommodation and submission of Hostel Fees.

08 August 2025 and if required the same will continue on 09 August, 2025.

After 9:30 AM at the Conference Hall.

On declaration of Medical Fitness, the candidate has to deposit the requisite fee for hostel accommodation. Hostel accommodation will be done immediately after submission of fees.

General Orientation Programme.

11 August 2025

A General Orientation Programme with Director AlIMS and Dean Academics along with other Faculty members will be arranged for 2025-Batch MBBS students in the conference hall.

Orientation Programme CREST.

From 12 August 2025 to 17 August 2025.

An orientation programme has been arranged for 2025-Batch MBBS students for their welfare at Conference Hall, which is compulsory to attend for all.

The regular classes will start from 18 August 2025.

DOCUMENTS

Below is the list of Documents to be brought on the day of reporting-

1 Provisional Seat Allotment Letter from MCС.

2 NEET/NTA Scorecard - original print, not photocopy.

3 NTA Admit card - original print, not photocopру.

4 Five Passport size Photographs.

5 Identity Proof (Aadhar Card/ Election Card/Passport or any photo identity proof issued by Government of India).

6 Certificate of having passed the 10+2 or equivalent Examinations, showing the subject offered by him/her in the Examination.

7 Certificate from the Board from which he/she passed the High School/Higher Secondary Examination, showing his/her date of birth.

8 Certificate/Mark sheet from the Board from which he/she passed the 10+2 or equivalent Examination showing that he/she has secured 60% or more marks (50% in case of SC/ST Candidates & 45% for persons with Benchmark Disability) in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

9 Migration Certificate from the University/Board last attended by him/her.

Meanwhile, it is to be noted that the candidates must bring two sets of copies of the above-mentioned documents while reporting for the submission of documents. Those candidates who join the MBBS course at AlIMS, New Delhi, his/her Original certificates will be retained and the same will not be returned to the candidate before completion of the course.
