MBBS Admissions 2025 at AIIMS Jodhpur: Reporting ends soon, check list of required documents, details

Jodhpur: Through a recent notice, the AIIMS Jodhpur notified detailed reporting instructions for candidates allotted seats in the first round of NEET UG 2025 MBBS counselling, the results of which were announced by MCC
According to the institute, candidates must report to the Academic Section, 2nd Floor, Medical College, Gate No. 5, AIIMS Jodhpur for document verification till August 22, 2025 (excluding Sunday and gazetted holidays) from 10 AM to 4:30 PM.
Medical examination will be conducted from August 26–28, 2025 via the AIIMS Jodhpur Swasthya App.
Submission of affidavit, admission fee (Rs 5,356), mess fee (Rs 56,350 per year), and hostel allotment will take place on August 29-30, 2025.
The orientation programme will begin on September 1, 2025, followed by regular classes.
Candidates must carry original documents along with two sets of photocopies, including seat allotment letter, NEET scorecard, admit card, Class 10 and 12 certificates, migration certificate, category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ PwBD, if applicable), and identity proof.

Note: - Candidates should be prepared for an additional day of stay as joining and medical examination may spill over to next day.
*As per counselling schedule available on the website of the Medical Counselling Committee. Candidates are advised to visit the website of mcc for regular updates.
List of Documents to be brought on day of reporting.
A. Exam and Counselling related
1. Provisional Seat Allotment Letter from MCC.
2. NEET/NTA Scorecard — original print, not photocopy.
3. NTA Admit Card — original print, not photocopy.
4. Five Passport size photographs
5. Identity Proof (Aadhar Card/Election Card/ Passport or any photo identity proof caused by Government of India).
B. Eligibility and category related
1. Certificate of having passed the 10+2 or equivalent Examinations, showing the subject offered by him/her in the Examination.
2. Certificate from the Board from which he/she passed the High School/Higher Secondary Examination, showing his/her date of birth.
3. Certificate/Mark sheet from the Board from which he/she passed the 10+2 or equivalent Examination showing that he/she has secured 60% or more marks (50% in case of SC/ST/Persons & 45% for person with Benchmark Disability) in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
4. Migration Certificate from the University/Board last attended by him/her.
Applicable only to candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste/Tribe/OBS/EWS/OPH Category:
a. SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate.
b. OBC Certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. OBC Certificate must be in the prescribed format. (The OBC certificates issued from 1st April 2024(inclusive) and start of reporting of Round-1 of MBBS counselling (as per Medical Counselling Committee for MBBS admission) will be considered valid for admission for NEET (UG) 2025.
c. EWS Certificate issued by the competent authority. The EWS certificate issued from 1st April 2024 (inclusive) and start of reporting of Round —1 of MBBS counselling (as per Medical Counselling Committee for MBBS admission) will be considered valid for admission for NEET (UG) 2025
d. Certificate from prescribed authority showing that he/she belongs to Persons with Benchmark Disability Category, if applicable.
NOTE: The candidates must bring two set of copies of the above mentioned documents while reporting for the submission of documents.
Those candidates who join MBBS course at AIIMS, Jodhpur, his/her Original certificates will be retained and the same will not be returned to the candidate before completion of the course.
