MBBS, BDS Admissions 2025: DME Gujarat to close round 3 registrations today, choice filling begins tomorrow

According to the advertisement, the online process is already open and is going to close today, i.e. October 10, 2025, while document verification and help centre activities will continue till tomorrow, i.e. October 11, 2025. Below is the complete schedule-

SCHEDULE

Eligible candidates must have passed Class 12 (Science Stream – B/AB Group) from a Gujarat-based school affiliated with Gujarat Board, CBSE, CISCE, Cambridge University, or NIOS, and must have qualified NEET-UG 2025.

REGISTRATION FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

1 Candidates must purchase the online PIN from the official website of DME Gujarat by paying ₹1,000 (Non-refundable Registration Fee) + ₹10,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) = ₹11,000 total.

2 Candidates who had already purchased the PIN in earlier rounds and did not complete registration or document verification do not need to repurchase it. They can directly proceed with document verification.

Meanwhile, NRI candidates must submit a Demand Draft of ₹10,000 in favour of “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar, at the office of GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar.

This round is specifically for the candidates who have not registered in Round 1 or Round 2, or those who were allotted a seat in Round 2 but did not confirm admission (i.e., exited after forfeiting the refundable security deposit). After completing registration, candidates must book an appointment for document verification and submission of self-attested copies at a designated help centre.
