MCC notifies round 2 NEET counselling schedule, AIQ registrations from September 3
New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the schedule of the National Eligibility and Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) Round 2 counselling for MBBS, BDS, and Nursing admissions to the All India Quota (AIQ) and State Quota seats for the academic year 2026-27.
As per the NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Counselling schedule for the AIQ seats, verification of the tentative seat matrix by the participating institutes and NMC will be done on 1st & 2nd September 2026. Registration and payment for Round 2 shall commence from 3rd and continue until 8th September 2026.
Candidates will make their choice filling and locking from 3rd to 9th September 2026, and seat allotment will be processed between 9th and 10th September 2026. Thereafter, the results for Round 2 of AIQ Counselling shall be published 11th September 2026, and candidates can report/join their seats from 12th to 18th September 2026. Then, the institutes will verify the data of the joined candidates on 19th September 2026.
Meanwhile, Round I of the State Counselling shall be conducted from 7th to 11th September 2026.
