MCC seeks affidavit from NEET PG 2024 candidates to reinitiate Security Deposit Refund

New Dehi- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the refund process for all the postgraduate (PG) counselling candidates who participated in the All India Quota (AIQ) PG counselling 2024. However, through an official notice, MCC has informed that the process could not be completed for some students.
Therefore, those candidates are requested to submit an affidavit within the specified deadline to resume the refund process.
According to the notice issued by the MCC in this regard, the refund of the security deposit for some candidates of PG Counselling 2024 could not be processed by the financial custodian. This has happened due to various reasons such as bank account closure, refund failure, chargeback claims, rejection, or TAT (Turn-Around Time) being crossed, etc.
Therefore, to reinitiate the refund process, those candidates are requested to submit their updated bank account details in the form of an Affidavit duly notarized on a court stamp paper. The completed Affidavit must be emailed on or before 30 June 2025.
Meanwhile, candidates need to enclose cerain documents in order to substantiate their claim. The list of documents are as follows-
1 Copy of Adhaar Card.
2 Admit card bearing roll number (UG/PG/SS).
3 Details of Bank account from which the amount was remitted.
4 Details of bank account to which the amount is to be refunded.
5 Attach scanned copy of passbook or cancelled cheque of an account to which the amount of refund is to be made.
As per the list, a total of 164 candidates security deposit could not be processed. The list has been released in a PDF format, including important details such as Round, Bank, Roll No., Status and Remark.
