Candidates allotted seats in the second round must download their Seat Allotment Letter from the NBEMS counselling portal and report to the allotted institution by 5:00 PM on August 12, 2026.
They must complete the joining process within the timeline prescribed in the counselling schedule. Details regarding the documents required at the time of joining and other admission formalities are available in the handbook for centralised merit-based online counselling for FNB admissions.
NBEMS has stated that candidates allotted seats in Round 2 will not be eligible to participate in any subsequent counselling round.
Therefore, candidates accepting a Round 2 seat must join the allotted institution and course within the prescribed period. No further upgradation of the allotted seat will be permitted.
