NEET 2024: MCC Opens Window for NRI Candidates Seeking Nationality Conversion For Round 2 Counselling
New Delhi- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has opened the nationality conversion window for National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) Round 2 counselling 2024.
As per the official notice in this regard, MCC has informed that the candidates who are claiming to be NRI and want to change their nationality from Indian to NRI, they have to submit certain documents in support of their claim. The documents submission for the nationality conversion will be done by tomorrow i.e. 3rd September 2024 till 10:00 A.M.
The documents should be submitted through email ID, which is mentioned in the notice, however, emails received before/after the stipulated time will not be considered. Candidates are also advised to send all documents enclosed in a single mail, within the stipulated time.
Below are the documents to be submitted by the candidates-
1 Document such as the Passport or Visa of the sponsorer, claiming that the sponsorer is an NRI.
2 Relationship of NRI with the candidate.
3 Affidavit from the sponsorer that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate duly notarized.
4 Embassy Certificate from the Consulate, issued within the last 06 months of the sponsor.
5 NEET Score Card of the candidate.
6 Family Tree notarized by Tehsildar.
The MCC NEET UG round 2 counselling 2024 will start on 5th September 2024 and will continue until 26th September 2024. Meanwhile, the Academic Session for UG Courses will commence on 1st October 2024. Below is the detailed schedule-
