NEET 2025: BCECEB Invites Online Applications for MBBS, BDS Admissions, check complete details

BCECEB Invites Online Applications for UGMAC 2025 Counselling for NEET UG Qualified Candidates.

Bihar- Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is inviting online applications from qualified, eligible National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025 candidates for appearing in the Under Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2025 in order to select candidates for admission to the first year UG Medical / Dental Courses (MBBS / BDS) in Government / Private Medical / Dental Colleges of Bihar state

The admissions will be based on the Merit-list / Rank of UGMAC-2025 prepared on the basis of merit list of NEET(UG)-2025 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

In this regard, BCECEB has issued a notice detailing the registration, fees, choice filling, editing/application form and other important details willing to participate in the UGMAC 2025. Below are the details-

REGISTRATION

For Registration, candidate will have to authenticate their identity by giving NEET(UG)-2025 Roll No., Candidate's Name and Date of Birth as appearing on the computer screen. After Identity / Data authentication, an OTP will be sent to candidate's registered Mobile No. and Email Address as provided during submission of NEET(UG)-2025 Application Form invited by NTA. No request will be entertained to change / update the Mobile No. / Email Address throughout of the session before / after successfull Registration.

While doing the registration for filling the online application form, he / she is also required to create password. After successfull submission of the Registration details an UGMAC ID will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining steps of the application form and will also be required for all future reference / correspondence. To complete the remaining steps of the application form candidate will have to login their account by entering their NEET(UG)-2025 Roll No. & Password and will process the further activities to duly submit their Online Application Form. The candidate must keep the password entered in Application Form confidential, otherwise BCECE Board will not be responsible for any complication.

MULTI-STEP APPLICATION FORM

1 PERSONAL INFORMATION- After successful registration, the candidate should again "Sign in" to his account and thereafter complete the required entries regarding personal information appeared on the computer screen. Then click on "Save & Continue" button.

2 CONTACT DETAILS- After successful completion of Personal Information candidate have to submit their Permanent and Correspondence Address as appeared on the computer screen. Then click on "Save & Continue" button.

3 EDUCATION INFORMATION- After successful completion of Contact Details candidate have to submit their Educational Information as appeared on the computer screen. Then click on "Save & Continue" button.

UPLOAD PHOTO, SIGNATURE, & EQUIRED DOCUMENTS

After successful completion of Educational Information candidate have to upload the Scanned copy of their highly contrast Colour Photograph, Signature & Required Documents (if any) at appropriate place as per the instructions provided on the computer screen. Then click on "Save & Continue" button.

APPLICATION PREVIEW & FINAL SUBMIT

Candidates are advised to check their enteries provided in Step-1 & Step-2 of the application form and if found any anomalies, click on "Back to Edit" button and rectify it. After rectification click on "Save & Continue" button so that the enteries provided by them could get updated.

If all the informations provided during filling of Online Application Form found to be OK on the preview page, click on "Final Submit & Proceed to Payment" button by giving the declaration and pay the Counselling Fee & Security Deposit as per instruction provided in Step-Four. If candidates does not do the final submission of the application form and payment of Counselling Fee & Security Deposit within prescribed date & time, then their filled up application form will get rejected, for which candidate will be himself solely responsible and no any request will be entertained regarding this.

PAYMENT OF COUNSELLING FEE & SECURITY DEPOSIT

After clicking "Final Submit & Proceed to Payment" button, complete the payment procedure according to instructions appeared on the computer screen regarding payment of Counselling Fee & Security Deposit. Paid Counselling Fee is not refundable.

Candidate will have to pay the Counselling Fee & Security Deposit through Online mode only i.e. Debit Card / Credit Card / Net banking / UPI, The candidate has to pay processing charge additional to Counselling Fee & Security Deposit for payment through online mode.

Candidate has to pay Rs. 1200/- for UNRESERVED / EWS / BC / EBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 600/-(Six Hundred) only for SC / ST / DQ candidates as non refundable registration / counselling fee through online mode only e.g. by Credit card/Debit Card/ Net Banking / UPI. But in case of Pvt. Colleges, all candidates have to pay Rs.1200/- only as non refundable Registration & Counselling Fee.

EDITING/CORRECTION OF APPLICATION FORM DATA

1 The above mentioned editing / rectification / correction opportunity will be available for only those candidates, who have successfully filled their online application form and make the payment successfully within due date.

2 For making rectification / correction / editing in online submitted application, the candidate will have to login to his / her account using NEET(UG)-2025 Roll No. & Password provided during the time of Registration. After successfull login candidate will click on the link "Edit your Online Filled Application Form". Candidate will have to give their consent to Edit / Correct their previous filled Application Form data which will be authenticated through their password and OTP sent on their registered Mobile No. / Email ID. If OTP gets verified their all filled up choices (if any) will get "Null & Void" and will have to fill Fresh Choices by completing all required Steps of Online Application Form, either they Edit / Correct their previous filled application form data or not. If candidate do not fill Fresh Choices after his / her previous choices becoming "Null and Void", candidate will not be eligible for seat allotment process. After filling of Fresh Choices, candidate will have to lock their choices so that they could download or print their filled up choices. In this regard, a SMS & email will also be sent to concerned candidate on his / her registered Mobile No. & email ID.

Due to Editing / Correction of data, if any additional Fee (as applicable) condition arises then candidate will have to pay additional Fee of Counselling Fee & Security Deposit.

3 If any candidate locked their filled up choices and after then wants to Edit / Correct Application Form data, then first of all he / she has to unlock their choices. After Un-Locking of Choices, he / she will click on the link "Edit your Online Filled Application Form" and will follow the process mentioned above for fresh choice filling.

CHOICE FILLING

After successful payment of Counselling Fee & Security Deposit candidate have to fill Choices of course and Institution / Colleges in order of preference. Candidate will have to lock their filled up choices before scheduled last date and time. If candidate lock their choices and again want to edit their filled up choices, then candidate may modify their choices by clicking "Unlock Choices" link by authentication through their password and OTP sent on their registered Mobile No. / Email ID. Candidates are advised to Lock their filled up choices before scheduled last date and time so that they could download or print their filled up and submitted choices. If candidate does not lock their filled up choices within scheduled last date and time, their choices will get automatically locked after last date and time of choice filling. Candidate will be allowed to download or take a print of their filled up choices after locking of choices only.

DOWNLOAD CHOICE SLIP

After successful submission and locking of filled up choices candidate may download or take a print of their filled up choices by clicking "View Filled Choices" link available on UGMAC-2025 portal dashboard.

DOWNLOAD CONFIRMATION PAGE & FEE RECEIPT

After successfull payment of Counselling Fee & Security Deposit, candidates are advised to download the Confirmation Page & Fee Receipt and re-verify the enteries printed on the confirmation page. If found any discrepancy it may be corrected during the time of Editing period as per schedule mentioned in "Important Dates". Finally download the Confirmation Page for future use.
