NEET PG Counselling 2025: MP DME extends deadline for mop up round registrations, round 2 resignation, upgradation
Madhya Pradesh: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has issued important notices extending deadlines for the ongoing MP State Combined NEET PG 2025 Counselling for MD/MS courses.
These extensions aim to give eligible candidates additional time to complete their registration and make necessary post-allotment decisions.
"In continuation of the notice dated 26 December 2025, the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has extended the last date for mop up registration from 3 January 2026 to 5 January 2026 till 11:59 PM," one MP DME notice said.
"In continuation of the notice dated 30 January 2025, the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has further extended the last date for resignation and upgradation. The deadline, which was earlier set for 4 January 2026, has now been extended to 5 January 2026 till 1:00 PM," another notice read.

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, is soon to conclude the fresh registration process for the Mop-Up Round of the MP State National Eligibility and Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) Counselling for the academic year 2025 for MD/MS courses.
According to the earlier schedule released by the MPDME in this regard, the fresh registration process for new candidates who have not registered earlier opened from December 29, 2025 and was going to end on January 3, 2026 (till 11:59 PM), which has now been extended. Candidates who are already registered in previous rounds will not be allowed to re-register or edit their registration details.
