NEET PG Counselling: BFUHS releases revised Schedule of Mop Up round, Check out details

NEET PG Counselling: BFUHS releases revised Schedule of Mop Up round, Check out details

Punjab : Through a recent notice, the BFUHS has released the revised schedule for mop up round of NEET PG counselling 2021 along with the instructions for candidates.

In view of the cancellation of allotment of Mop up round of AIQ counselling and conduction of Special Round of counselling by GOI, the schedule of Mop Up round of Punjab State counselling is revised as under :

1 Last date for online registration/application for fresh applicants except NRI (Fresh registered candidates will have to submit willingness for Mop up round. Failing which their candidature will not be considered. 11.04.2022
2 Last date of correction in online filled application form 11.04.2022
3 Fresh registered candidates will deposit Rs. 5900 (Rs. 2950 for SC candidates) including GST through university payment portal. Candidature of those candidates who will not deposit the fee upto stipulated date, will not be considered 11.04.2022
4 The last date for submitting willingness for Mop Up round of counselling by candidates (already registered candidates and fresh applicants) and deposition of refundable security fee. The candidates who have already submitted willingness for Mop up round, need not to submit again. The following is the amount of security deposit : 11.04.2022
For submitting the choice/preferences for Govt. colleges only Rs. 25000/- (half for SC/BC candidates)
For submitting the choice/preferences for Private colleges, both Govt. colleges and Private Colleges including Minority institutions/Private Universities. Rs. 2,00,000/-
5 Only fresh registered PCMS incentive category candidates will submit NOC from the competent authority of Punjab Govt. through email (pgadmissionsbfuhs@gmail.com) 12.04.2022
6 The candidates who will apply under Sikh Minority/Christian Minority Quota will report to the respective minority institution (SGRD Institute of Medical Sciences, Amritsar / Christian Minority College, Ludhiana) for verification of minority status. The candidates who have already got verified their minority status, need not to verify again. The candidates who have already registered under Minority Quota during 1st / 2nd counseling and did not get verified their minority status, can also verify the same for Mop up round of counseling. 12.04.2022
7 Display of revised Provisional Merit List of candidates who will submit willingness to participate in Mop up round of online counseling. 12.04.2022

Conditions/Instructions for Mop up Round

1. The following candidates are eligible for Mop Up round (only those candidates who have submitted/will submit their willingness to participate in Mop Up round will be considered. Hence it is advised that all the candidates who wish to participate in Mop up round must submit their willingness by depositing requisite security fee):

A. The candidates who need to apply afresh.

  • The candidates who are registering for the first time.
  • The candidates who have not joined the allotted seat of 2nd Counseling and exit with forfeiture of fee.

B. The candidates who need not to apply afresh for MopUp Round of counseling

a. The candidates who are already registered but have not been allotted any seat in Round I and II.

b. The candidates who have already registered for Mop up Round of counselling.

2. The candidates who are not eligible for MopUp Round of counseling

  • The candidates who are holding/joined the allotted seat of Round I or Round II.
  • The candidates who have joined the Special counselling round of All India
  • The candidates who will join the Mop up round of All India.

Note :

Further schedule will be intimated later on through University website.

The Provisional Merit List will be prepared on the basis of NEET PG 2021 score / rank of all the applicants who have submitted willingness to participate in Mop up round of online PG Medical Counselling. Merely appearing in the provisionally merit list does not confer any right for allotment, the eligibility of candidates will be taken into consideration as per Punjab Govt. Notification at the time of allotment and will be verified at the time of joining by the respective allotted institute. Candidate is self responsible for any wrong information filled at the time of submitting online application for admission. The provisional selection will be cancelled at any time if information submitted by applicant is found to be incorrect.
