NEET PG: NTRUHS invites applications from inservice candidates for DNB admissions 2025, details

NTRUHS Invites Online Applications for In-Service Doctors for DNB Post MBBS Degree & Diploma Admissions 2025-26 in AP Government Hospitals.

Andhra Pradesh: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Andhra Pradesh, has issued an official notification inviting online applications from eligible in-service doctors for admission into DNB Post MBBS Degree (3 years) and Post MBBS Diploma (2 years) courses in Government Hospitals of Andhra Pradesh under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2025-26.

The admissions will be based on the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET PG) 2025 and are strictly meant for in-service candidates working in Government health facilities in Andhra Pradesh.

As per the official notification issued by the Dr NTRUHS, the online application and document upload process will be available on the university's official website from today i.e. 4:00 PM on January 19, 2026, till 4:00 PM on January 22, 2026. However, all dates are tentative and may be changed without prior notice.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1 Candidates should have passed the MBBS Degree examination from a recognised Medical college/ University, respectively.

2 Candidates should have secured the cut-off scores or above in NEET PG–2025 as per NBEMS Notice dated 13.01.2026.

PROCEDURE OF FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM AND PAYMENT OF FEE THROUGH ONLINE

1 The fee can be paid through a debit card, a credit card or Net Banking.

2 The Registration number, which will be sent to the registered mobile number after entering the basic details, should be noted for further use. The Registration number should be kept confidential and should not be disclosed to others.

3 The candidates should fill in all the correct details in the online application form and shall upload all the Scanned Original documents, including the mandatory certificates.

5 The certificates are to be scanned and kept ready to upload. The application fee has to be paid online.

DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION FORM

1 NEET PG - 2025 – SCORE CARD.

2 Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Marks Memo)

3 Original MBBS Degree (or) Provisional MBBS pass Certificate.

4 MBBS study certificate.

5 Compulsory Rotatory Internship certificate.

6 Copies of Permanent Medical Council Registration from the respective State Medical Council. (Mandatory). Foreign Graduates (FMGs) have to upload Permanent Medical Council Registration.

7 If the candidate passed MBBS from Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada, he/she has to submit study certificates from 6th to Intermediate / 10+2.

8 For Non-Local candidates: Minimum 10 years of Student / either of the parents of AP State, if MBBS is from outside AP State. or Minimum 10 years Residence Certificate of Student / either of parents of Andhra Pradesh State issued by MROor Current employment Certificate of either of self/parents/spouse if working in Andhra Pradesh only. Service certificate of the Central/State/PSU/Local bodies/University

9 Latest Permanent caste certificate if applicable (issued by Competent Authority of Govt. of Andhra Pradesh only), issued online by Mee Seva/AP Grama Sachivalayam.

10 Minority Certificate, if applicable (issued by the Minority Welfare Department of Andhra Pradesh only).

11 Photo Identity card having the current residential address of the candidate (Aadhar Card).

12 MBBS transfer certificate/Migration Certificate.

13 Digitally signed Local status Certificate issued ONLINE by MRO of AP for candidates who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh (If Applicable) As per G.O.Nos.133/132/171/129/161 of General Administration Dept, Govt of Andhra Pradesh.

14 Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE - Screening Test Result) (Document mandatorily to be produced) if applicable.

15 Candidate’s Latest passport size Photo

16 Specimen Signature of the Candidate.

DEFINITION OF IN-SERVICE CANDIDATES

1 Minimum 2 (Two) years of regular service in any Health facilities located in the tribal areas of Andhra Pradesh.

2 Minimum 3 (Three) years of regular service in any Health facilities located in rural areas of Andhra Pradesh.

3 Minimum 6 years of regular service in any Health facilities located in urban areas/combinations of service in Tribal/Rural/Urban areas in Andhra Pradesh. Provided that unauthorised absence or absence due to leave without allowance (including leave on medical grounds) will not be counted for the purpose of calculating the minimum service.

4 Candidate should not have completed 50 years of age as on the date of NEET PG Examination notification.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

1 The process of admissions into DNB seats will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by NMC, New Delhi and the Govt of A.P.

2 Scrutiny of uploaded documents/data will be conducted by the Officials of the University and other Officials from the concerned Departments. After the scrutiny of scanned documents then provisional merit list will be released and then the final merit list will be released.

3 No separate notification will be given for verification of Original certificates.

4 The candidate should produce the Printout of the filled in Online application form, the provisional verification form and all Original certificates along with one set of selfattested Copies to the Principal of the allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment order will be cancelled without any notice. The candidates are informed not to send the printout of the application form to the University.

5 Candidates' admission is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the Merit position is issued to him/her does not imply that his/her candidature is accepted by the University and it does not mean that the entries made by him/her in the online application are accepted as true and correct. If any ineligible candidate is present in the Merit position shall not be eligible for admission.
