Tamil Nadu: Tamil Nadu Health (TN Health) has announced that the special stray vacancy round for NEET PG courses has been stayed.
As per the notice, due to the Hon’ble Court Order interim order, the special stray vacancy round for NEET PG courses has been stayed. The candidates are requested to keep track of the official website of TN Health for further updates.
The notice states that “It is informed that, as per the Interim Court Order passed in W.P.No.30367 of 2023 Dated: 28.11. 2023 Special Stray round in Post Graduate Degree / Diploma course is stayed by the Hon’ble Court Order. The candidates are instructed to visit our official the website for further Notification”.
The counselling was scheduled to be conducted from 25.11.2023 till 30.11.2023. The candidates were asked to fill the choices till 27.11.2023. The processing of seat allotment was carried out on 28.11.2023. The seat allotment result was announced on 28.11.2023. The last date to report was 30.11.2023. But now, the entire process is kept on hold.
The candidates who do not hold any seats in All India Quota and State Quota are only eligible to participate in this online counselling. The candidates who have already joined any PG seats in All India Quota and State Quota (Either Govt. Quota/Management Quota/NRI Quota) are not eligible to participate in this round of counselling.
The candidates who did not join their seats allotted through All India / State Counselling Round-3 onwards are “Not Eligible” to participate in this counselling. Candidates who MCC allots seats are debarred from taking admission in state counselling.
