NTRUHS begins Round 2, Final Phase Of NEET PG Counselling, 225 seats available

NTRUHS begins Round 2, Final Phase Of NEET PG Counselling, 225 seats available

Andhra Pradesh: The counselling process for round 2 and the final phase of the NEET PG counselling begins today (15th October 2022). This year Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has allocated 225 seats for round 2 and the final phase for the academic year 2022-23.

The candidates can fill out the web option from today till 17th October 2022 for the 2nd & Final Phase of counselling for admission into State Quota (SQ)/Competent Authority (CQ) In-Service seats. They need to use the link https://pgcq.ntruhsadmissions.com/ for web options.

Eligibility –

All the eligible In-Service candidates whose names are in the Provisional Final Merit Position notified on the University Website are only eligible to exercise web options as per the above dates. The In-service candidates who have joined the allotted seat of Phase-I are also eligible to exercise web options of this 2nd & Final Phase of counselling.

University fee -

1. Candidates to whom the allotment message is given have to pay Rs.23600 before obtaining an allotment letter through payment Gateway through an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).

2. Candidates who have already paid Rs.23600 in Phase-I Counselling are not required to pay the same.

3. The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Tuition fee –

The following is the Tuition fee structure to be payable for the State Quota seats in Private Un-aided Non-minority Medical Colleges –

Category of seat: Private Colleges (SQ/CQ seats)

Clinical Degree/Diploma

Rs. 432000

Para Clinical Degree/Diploma

Rs.135000

Pre Clinical Degree/Diploma

Rs.61200

Important instructions -

1. The University shall cancel the PG Medical (Degree/Diploma) of the candidate, and the penalty of indemnity bond shall be Rs.25 lakhs for non-rendering of 6 years of service after completing the course for In-service candidates.

2. The maximum duration to complete the PG Medical course is 6 years from the date of admission, including University examinations and the maximum duration to complete the PG Medical Diploma is 4 years from the date of admission, including University Examinations failing which the candidate will be deemed to be discharged from the course.

3. A candidate who exercised options and joined in an allotted seat in this 2nd & Final Phase of counselling shall not be permitted to withdraw from the seat. In case any candidate withdraws from the allotted seat, the candidate shall be debarred for three years for admission into Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma courses at the colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh besides Rs 354000 (Including GST 18%).

4. Candidates who have joined Phase-I counselling will also be covered under the 2nd & Final Phase rules.

5. Candidates opting for PG Medical Degree/Diploma courses are informed that there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise any number of options for any subjects and colleges if they are interested in joining as per eligibility.

6. In this 2nd and Final Phase of counselling, the candidate who has not joined/reported in the allotted seat of Phase-I, then that particular seat will not be available for that candidate to exercise web options in this 2nd and Final Phase of counselling.

7. Candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the Web and take the printout of the saved options. Candidates are advised to exercise options in Courses and colleges in which they are interested, irrespective of the vacancies.

8. Candidates, while giving options, should note that the seats vacated by the candidates selected in Phase-I counselling and slid to other colleges/courses during this 2nd & Final Phase of the counselling process will be added & allotted simultaneously during this phase of counselling itself.

9. Candidates can exercise web options from anywhere with an internet facility. One Time Password will be sent to the registered mobile number when saving Web options. Selected Options can be slid either up or down, added and deleted. Web options opted for must be saved by the candidate. Web options, once submitted, cannot be Edited. Web options saved but not submitted until the cutoff date and time will be Auto submitted.

10. The selected candidates will have to produce all the original certificates, pay the tuition fee, necessary bonds etc., and complete the admission process. If the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process on the specified dates, their admission will be cancelled automatically.

11. Candidates who were allotted a seat in Phase-I counselling in any college of AP State joined and slid to another college in AP in this 2nd & Final Phase counselling should submit the tuition fee receipt along with a relief letter issued by the earlier college through e-mail (or) In person, for admission at the newly allotted college. The first college where the candidate initially joined in Phase-I will transfer the tuition fee, Original certificates etc., to the subsequently allotted college in AP State.

12. The verification of original certificates will be conducted at the time of admission in the respective college, and in case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action will be initiated.

13. If the candidate slides to another college (i.e., affiliated colleges of Dr NTR UHS) during subsequent Phases of counselling, the original certificates will be sent to the slid college by the concerned college where the original certificates are present.
