Andhra Pradesh: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) informed about PHASE-III/Final Phase of counselling for In-Service candidates for PG Medical admission 2022-2023. The seat matrix and the final merit list for in-service candidates have also been released.

As per the notice, the candidates can exercise the web option till 27th October 2022, 4:00 pm at PG (Medical): https://pgcq.ntruhsadmissions.com/.

All the eligible In-Service candidates whose names are in the Provisional Final Merit Position notified on the University Website are only eligible to exercise web options. The In-service candidates who have joined the allotted seat of Phase-I & Phase-II are also qualified to exercise web options of this 3rd & Final Phase of counselling.

University Fee -

1. Candidates to whom the allotment message is given have to pay Rs.23600 before obtaining an allotment letter through payment Gateway through an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).

2. Candidates who have already paid Rs.23600 in Phase-I & Phase-II Counselling are not required to pay the same.

Tuition fee for PG Medical -

The following is the Tuition fee structure to be payable for the State Quota seats in Private Un-aided Non-minority Medical Colleges as per GO.Ms.No.56, HM & FW (C1) Department, dated 29-05-2020 of Government of Andhra Pradesh:

Clinical Degree/Diploma

Rs. 432000

Para Clinical Degree/Diploma

Rs.135000

Pre Clinical Degree/Diploma

Rs.61200

The fee structure in Private Unaided Non-Minority Colleges is as per G.O.Ms.No.56, HM&FW (C1) Dept., Dt.29-05.2020, as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court in WP No.10159 of 2020 and batch, dt.09-07-2020, which is read as "to permit the petitioners/students to pay the fee fixed by the Regulatory authority by executing a bond in the proforma prescribed by the Andhra Pradesh Private Medical and Dental Colleges Managements Association within the specified time as notified by Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada".

The University shall cancel the PG Medical (Degree/Diploma) of the candidate, and the penalty of indemnity bond shall be Rs.25 lakhs for non-rendering six (6) years of service after completing the course for In-service candidates.

The maximum duration to complete PG (Medical) course is six (6) years from the admission date, including University examinations. The whole time to achieve PG (Medical) Diploma is four (4) years from the date of access, including University Examinations failing which the candidate will be deemed to be discharged from the course.

A candidate who exercised options and joined in an allotted seat in this Phase-III/Final Phase counselling shall not be permitted to withdraw from the seat. In case any candidate withdraws from the allotted seat, the candidate shall be debarred for three years for admission into Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma courses at the colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh besides payment of Rs. 354000 (Including GST 18%) as per G.O.Ms.No.67, dt.21-04-2017.

Candidates who have joined Phase-I & Phase-II counselling will also be covered under Phase-III/Final Phase rules. After completion of this Phase-III/Final counselling of service seats, the unfilled service seats and not reported service seats shall be added to Non-service centres for their original category as was earmarked in the original seat matrix of the service seats before the commencement of the subsequent phase of counselling for Non-service seats as per GOs.

Candidates opting for PG Medical Degree/Diploma courses are informed that there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise any number of options for any subjects and colleges if they are interested in joining as per eligibility.

Candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the Web and take the printout of the saved options. They are advised to exercise opportunities in courses and colleges in which they are interested, irrespective of the vacancies. If they are not interested in joining any subject or coll, they should not exercise options for the same.

Candidates, while giving options, should note that the seats vacated by the candidates selected in Phase-I & Phase-II counselling and slid to other colleges/courses during this Phase-III/ Final Phase of the counselling process will be added & allotted simultaneously during this Phase of counselling itself.

The candidate who has not joined/reported in the allotted seat of Phase-II, that particular seat will not be available for that candidate to exercise web options in this Phase-III/Final Phase of counselling.

The selected candidates shall produce all the Original certificates, pay the Tuition fee, necessary bonds etc., and complete the admission process. If the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process on the specified dates, their admission will be cancelled automatically.

Candidates who were allotted a seat in Phase-I & Phase-II counselling in any college of AP State joined and slid to another college in AP in this 3rd & Final Phase counselling should submit the tuition fee receipt along with rea lief letter issued by the earlier college through e-mail (or) In person, for admission at the newly allotted college. The concerned colleges where the candidate initially joined in Phase-I & Phase-II will transfer the tuition fee, Original certificates etc., to the subsequently allotted college in this Phase in AP State.

The original certificates will be verified at the time of admission to the respective College. In case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action initiated. Suppose the candidate slides to another college (i.e., affiliated colleges of Dr NTR UHS) during subsequent Phases of counselling. In that case, the original certificates will be sent to the slide college by the concerned college where the original certificates are present.
