NTRUHS to close round 3 web options for allied and healthcare courses, details

Vijayawada: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has announced the 3rd and Final Phase of web based counselling for admission into Allied and Healthcare Courses under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2025-26.

The notification, issued on February 27, 2026, invites eligible candidates to exercise their web options till 10:00 PM on March 3, 2026, through the official counselling portal.

UNIVERSITY FEE:

Candidates who are allotted a seat, have to pay Rs. 5,600/- Obtaining allotment letter through payment Gateway by using Online payment method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/UPI) and applicable bank charges for downloading allotment order.

TUTION FEE:

a) As fixed by the Government for Government colleges.

b) In unaided Non-minority and Minority colleges - as per the various G.Os. issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Instructions to Candidates:

a. All the Eligible candidates who are present in the Final Merit List displayed in the website on 19.01.2026, 06.02.2026 & 27.02.2026 only eligible to exercise their web options as per the seat matrix which will be displayed in the website

b. The candidates, who secured admission in 2nd Phase of counselling and wish to change their college according to their merit, can exercise their web options. The candidates who have not joined in the allotted colleges and not allotted any college during the Phase-I & Phase-II counselling can also exercise web options in the 3rd & Final Counselling.

c. Candidates are advised to exercise web options as per their choice irrespective of the vacancies. The 3rd & Final phase of counselling will be conducted for the following vacancies:

1. Unfilled seats after phase - II

2. Not- Reported Vacancies in phase - II
3. The vacancies that may be arise during the process of phase – III counselling.
4. If any newly permitted seats.

d. Candidates while giving options should note that the seats vacated by the candidates selected in 2nd Phase of counselling and slided to other college will be added & allotted simultaneously during this counselling.

e. The allotted seat in Phase-I or Phase– II counselling will be cancelled automatically on allotment of other college as per their option in Phase-III.

f. Candidates opting for Allied and Healthcare Courses are informed that, there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise any number of options for available colleges if the candidates are interested to join as per eligibility.
g. The candidates are informed that not to share their login details OTP’s with any other persons. The University will process the seat allotments as per the web options exercised from the candidate’s login. The candidate is totally responsible for the Web Options exercised from their login.
1. Options:
a) Candidates can exercise options for the interested to all courses and colleges to which they are eligible. The allotment of seat will be as per the order of priorities/options given by the candidate.
b) Candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the web. One Time Password will be sent to the registered mobile and mail at the time of entering and submitting web options.
c) The options once exercised are final. No request for change of options or order of college priorities will be entertained after closure of above said web options schedule.
d) Candidates are advised to read the regulations and prospectus carefully before exercising web options.
e) Candidate can give options on the web either from home or any other place having internet facility. Do not use Tabs or Mobiles to exercise web options.
f) Candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the Web and take the print out of the saved options.

2. Reporting at the allotted College:

a) Candidates will receive the message to their registered mobile after allotment of seat, if seat is allotted. The candidates are instructed to visit the website for status of allotment.

b) Candidates who have been allotted a seat shall report at the allotted college within the reporting schedule by downloading the allotment order on payment of University Fee of Rs.5,600/-.
c) Students who have already paid the University fee in Phase-I or Phase-II need not pay again if seat is allotted in Phase-III, but should download the allotment order if there is a change in Phase-III.
d) Candidates shall check their final allotment, take print out of allotment letter from the web and report to the respective colleges on or before the date specified on the allotment letter with all original certificates and pay the tuition fee to complete the admission process, failing which the candidate will forfeit the admission.
e) Verification of original certificates will be conducted at the college of admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated as per University Regulations.
f) If not allotted any seat in Phase-II: Candidates who have not been allotted any seat in the Phase-II of counselling will be considered for available vacancies in Phase-III of counselling with fresh Options.
g) If not reported at the allotted college: The candidates who did not report at the allotted college in the Phase-II counselling, will be allowed to participate in the Phase-III counselling with fresh options, provided that the candidates have no right to claim earlier Phase-I & Phase-II allotted seats again under Phase-III counselling.
h) If the joined candidates of Phase-II slides to other college during Phase-III of counselling, the Original Certificates of such candidates will be sent to the newly allotted college by the previous college after closure of admissions. The candidate has to report at the re-allotted college with downloaded allotment order along with Custodian Certificate issued by the previous college under Dr. NTR UHS and to pay the Tuition Fee to complete the admission process, failing which the candidate will forfeit the admission.
i) Candidates getting upgraded in 3rd & Final Phase of Counselling will not have any claim on previous allotments, i.e., Phase-I and Phase-II seat as the vacancies resulting from upgradation are filled within this phase by the next candidate in the merit list with rules of reservation as applicable.

3. The University Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Candidates are advised to refer the Prospectus displayed on Dr. NTRUHS website for eligibility criteria and any other detail

5. No individual communication will be sent to the candidates. Candidates are advised to check the university website https://drntr.uhsap.in from time to time for all further notifications for exercising web-options, list of allotted candidates, Instructions etc.

6. Decision of the Competent Authority is final.

Note: Candidates are informed to exercise options for all courses and colleges as per their choice in the preferential order irrespective of vacancies. No limit for exercising options.

In the other notice, informed that the admission into B.Sc. (Nursing) 4 Years Degree Course for the academic year 2025-26 (under Competent Authority Quota & Management Quota) are completed and closed.
