PG Medical Admissions in Gujarat: Payment Of Fee, Reporting Date Extended For Round 2

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME) released the extended payment of fee and reporting date for round 2 PG/degree medical courses.

As per the notice, for candidates whose names are included in the merit list for admission of government, management, and NRI seats of PG medical courses in government and self-financed medical colleges, the payment of fees and reporting date has been extended.

The fee payment can be made between 16th March 2022, 10.30 am till 17th March 2022, 3.30 pm. Candidates can pay the tuition fees online or by cash or by demand draft favoring "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC during banking hours. There are a total of 34 branches of Axis Bank across Gujarat. Fees will be adjusted according to payment of tuition fees amount for admission of round 1. Excess fees will be refunded at the end of the whole admission process.

Reporting at the help center can be done on 21st March 2022 between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Prior appointment is needed for document verification at help centers. When printing the allotment letter candidate can select the date and time for visiting the help center. A total of 16 help centers are there across Gujarat. Help centers are working between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The candidates, who have confirmed their admission of round 1 by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents, and whose allotments have not been upgraded in round 2 need not report to the help center.

For the candidates, who have participated or not participated in round 2, the admission of round 1 can also be upgraded in the same subject and institute by change of category or change of quota. Such candidates also need not report to the help center. However, the candidates whose allotments have been upgraded in round 2 have to report to the help center to confirm their admission to round 2.

For confirmation of admission in round 2, candidates need to report to the same help center as reported in round 1 with documents required. In addition, the admission order of round 2 has to be taken from the help center for admission confirmation.

In round 2, admission will be given on newly added seats, non-reported seats of round 1 and round 1 canceled seats, and subsequent vacant Seats due to allotment on above seats. At the time of declaration of the result of round 2, the list of candidates who needs to report will be published.

Document required to be submitted –

1. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC.

2. Tuition Fee Receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) fees for SFI Colleges / Rs. 85,800 (fees + deposit) for Govt. Colleges at Axis Bank.

3. All-year MBBS mark sheets.

4. 12 months internship completion certificate.

5. Copy of NEET-PG-2021 mark sheet.

6. Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship.

7. Provisional Registration of State Medical Council OR Medical Council of India OR Permanent Registration of State Medical Council OR Medical Council of India.

8. Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only (SEBC, ST, and SC).

9. Non-creamy layer certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after 1st Aril 2019 (SEBC).

10. EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after 1st Aril 2019 (EWS).

11. Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual / Foreign.

12. Print out of tuition fees consent.

13. Photo Copy of Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
