PGIMER Releases Results For MPH Course For July 2022
Chandigarh: Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) released the computer-based results for the Master of Public Health (MPH) course for July 2022.
The candidates need to click on https://cdn.tcsion.com//EForms/configuredHtml/2650/76587/login.html to view the results. They have to log in by using their User/Login ID and Password.
On 6th June 2022, the computer-based entrance test was conducted for the MPH course. A total of 18 seats are there for the course.
The Department of Community Medicine was formally established in 1977 in the Institute. Its main focus was to evolve a feasible pattern of healthcare delivery for the masses. The MD program in Community Medicine was started in July 1997. The Master of Public Health (MPH) course was started in 2007. Community Medicine and the School of Public Health department are primarily located in RN Dogra Block, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
Master in Public Health is a 2 years course for those with a degree of MBBS/BDS/ BVSc/BE/MA/MSc, Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health Management with 50% marks. SC/ST/OBC needs only 45% marks. The university from which the candidates passed out has to be recognized by the medical/dental/veterinary council of India/UGC/AICTE. The candidates must have completed or are due to complete rotatory internship training on or before 30th June of the applying year and must be registered with the central/state medical/dental/veterinary registration council. Admission to the Master in Public Health course conducted at the Institute is made annually, i.e., in the July session only.
Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) is a public medical university in Chandigarh. It is an 'Institute of National Importance (INI) and has educational, medical research, and training facilities for its students, including all specialties, super specialties, and sub-specialties. PGIMER also provides training in almost all disciplines of medicine, including post-graduate and post-doctoral degrees, diplomas, and fellowships.
