TN Health Releases Mop up Round NEET Counselling Schedule for MBBS, BDS Admissions 2024, details

Tamil Nadu- Tamil Nadu (TN) Health has released the Mop up counselling schedule for admission to MBBS and BDS degree courses in Tamil Nadu Government Medical and Dental Colleges for the academic year 2024-2025 session.

As per the schedule, the process of registration already started and will continue till 11-10-2024 05:00 P.M. and choice filling and locking will start 12th October 2024 at 12:00 NOON and will continue till 05:00 PM on 27th October 2024.

After the registration and choice filling and locking process, the processing of seat allotment will commence on 15th October 2024 Then on 16th October 2024, the provisional result will be declared and on 17th October 2024, the final result will be released.

After the declaration of the final result, candidates can download the provisional allotment order from 17th October 2024 to 23rd October 2024 till 12:00 Noon. With this, the last date of joining is till 23rd October 2024 till 05:00 P.M.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

 No Processing Fee, security deposit and Tuition Fee applicable for 7.5% Special Reservation for Tamil Nadu Govt. School Students

 Candidates who did not get any seat allotted are required to register for Round 3.

 Candidate who have joined the seats and wish to opt for upgradation have to register for Round 3.

 Candidate who wish to retain their seats (who don’t want a change in college) need not participate in this Round.

 If opted for and upgraded in Round 3, the candidate has to relinquish the seat from Round 1 or Round 2 and join Round 3 allotted seat. He/She will not have any rights over the Round 1or Round 2 seats.

 Round 3 choice filling will follow the registration and candidates who wish for upgradation, un-allotted candidates and not joined candidates have to fill their choices.

 Candidates should be careful while choice filling and it is advisable to choose preferred colleges only.

 Candidate could edit their Choice(s) but once the candidate locks their choice(s) during the online counselling, it cannot be changed later.

 If the candidate is re-allotted in Round 3, then the MBBS/BDS seat allotted to candidates during Round 1 or Round 2 of Counselling will be allotted to other candidates in descending order, not in ascending order.

 Seat Matrix for the Course will be available on the official website.

 Candidates can edit their choices any number of times before locking, but once locked they will not be allowed to edit.

 Selection committee does not take responsibility for Connectivity error and Procedural error.

 Admission to MBBS/BDS Degrees courses shall be made by the ONLINE COUNSELLING on the basis of rank by applying the rule of reservation.

 Virtual vacancies: Any candidate who has been allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2 and has opted for upgradation by registering in the website in Round 3, that allotted seat of Round 1 or Round 2 will be shown as virtual vacancy in Round 3 and all candidates can fill their choice for the said seat during the choice filling in Round 3. However, such seats will be allotted in Round 3, only if the allotted candidate of Round 1 or Round 2 vacates/upgrades in Round 3 then that virtual vacancy becomes a real vacancy.

 All candidates should read the Prospectus thoroughly before starting choice filling.

 Candidates should be careful while choice filling.

 If the candidate does not lock his/her choices till the last date (14.10.2024 AT 05.00 PM) their choices will be automatically locked.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALLOTTED CANDIDATES:

 If a candidate is allotted in State Mop-Up round, he/she will have to join the allotted college. Allotted candidates during Mop-Up round will not be eligible for Subsequent Stray Vacancy round (and additional rounds if any)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING ALLOTMENT ORDER:

 The allotted candidates should download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College/Institution on or before the stipulated date and time as mentioned in the Provisional Allotment Order.

REPORTING TO ALLOTTED COLLEGE:

 The Certificate Verification will be done in the selected colleges itself.

 The candidates should produce their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES in person at the time of joining in their selected Colleges along with the scanned copy of original certificates for verification.

 If you do not report to the Head of the Institution to which you are allotted on or before the time and date specified, your selection and / or admission will be cancelled without any further notice.

 The Candidate selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned College that he/she is liable for forfeiture of selection / admission if suppression of facts, mis-interpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.

 Candidates are advised to be in touch with our official website for Schedule / latest updates / Results / Notices / News & Events pertaining to counselling as Selection Committee will not be individually contacting the candidates for the same.

 No communication will be directly sent to the Candidates. They are advised to be in touch with the website on regular basis for any updates.
