What will MBBS, BDS seat cost in 2025? DMER Maharashtra releases detailed fee structure

Maharashtra: The Directorate of Medical Education and Research, DMER Maharashtra, has released the MBBS and BDS fee structure for the academic year 2025-26 at goverment and private medical and dental colleges in the state.

Government MBBS fees for open category students are Rs 1,62,100, while BDS fees are Rs 1,22,400.

In private colleges, MBBS fees range from Rs 6.2 lakh to Rs 15.5 lakh per year, and BDS fees range from Rs 2.65 lakh to Rs 5.93 lakh. Ad-hoc fees for undecided institutions remain Rs 8.5 lakh (MBBS) and Rs 3.25 lakh (BDS). Fees are subject to change as per the Fee Regulating Authority (FRA).
