MBBS, BDS Admissions 2020-21 session: Check out fee structure at Bihar medical, dental colleges
Patna: Through a recent notice, the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) the counselling body which is conducting the admission process for MBBS and BDS courses in the state of Bihar for this academic year, has released the fee structure of medical and dental colleges.
All the concerned MBBS and BDS candidates seeking admissions to Bihar based medical and dental colleges this academic session are hereby requested to view the said fees along with other pertinent details mentioned below as published by the BCECEB:

The entire amount of the total admission fee Rs. 1,21,667/-(For General/BC/EBC Candidates) and Rs 1,11,667/- (For SC/ST Candidates) must be deposited at the time of admission. However, the seat can be booked by depositing 10% of the entire admission fee Rs.12,166/- (For General/BC/ELIC Candidates) and Rs. 11,166/- (For SC/ST Candidates ). If the candidate is unable to pay the 11,11 amount at a time due to poor financial status remaining 90% may be deposited in two installments as under 54,750/- + 54,751/- Rs. 1,09,5011- (For General/BC/EBC Candidates) and Rs.50,250/- 50,251/- = 1,00,501/- (For SC/ST Candidates) where the 1st installment must be paid at the time of admission and 2nd installment must be paid latest by the end of running financial year (31st March).
Students leaving the course after the last date of sending the vacancy list for the final round of counseling in MBBS will have to pay the tuition fee of the whole course together with a penalty of Rs. 7,50,000/-(Rs. Seven Lacs Fifty Thousands) only as approved by Board of Governors under Resolution No. 104/1568(A) and Executive Council (agenda no.-35/272) in the light of the proceeding of 24th Standing Academic Committee Meeting (Agenda No. 24/250) vide office order No.1123/Acd. Dated 06/10/2020.
2.) Tuition Fee for 2nd Prof.: As the duration of 2nd Prof. is one year, hence the Tuition Fee for nd Prof. MBBS is Rs. 70,000/-. The full amount of Rs.70,000/= must be deposited after passing of 1st Prof. MBBS Final University Exam.
3.) The tuition fee for 3rd Prof. Part-(I): As the duration of 3rd Prof.(I) is one year & one month, hence the Tuition Fee for 3rd Prof. MBBS Part-(I) is Rs. 75,833/- (@ Rs.70,000 per annum) must be deposited after passing 2nd Prof. MBBS Final University Exam.
4.) The tuition fee for 3rd Prof. Part-(II): As the duration of 3rd Prol(II) is one year & three months, hence the Tuition Fee for 3rd Prof. MBBS Part-(II) is Rs. 87,500/- (@ Rs.70,000 per annum) must be deposited after passing3rd Prof. MBBS Part-(I) Final University Exam.
5.) Examination Fee: Rs 4000 for each university final exam. to be submitted after publication of sent up list and before filling up.
Rs 1,000 per subject for the supplementary exam.
6.) Hostel Fee: The Candidate who wants to apply hostel will have to submit an application along with a bank draft of Rs 20,000/- as an annual fee. Thereafter the candidate has to pay annually the hostel fee worth Rs 20,000/- only on the same date of the first payment till the final year.
Note: Students will be allowed to fill up the exam form only after clearing all their dues as per the above-mentioned payment schedule.
- All Fees are subject to change at any time during the course as per the decision of the competent Authority which will be mandatory to be deposited by students as per the directive.
- The previous office order number IGIMS/2019/111/Med Coll. Dated 17/07-2019 hereby stands canceled

Since the matter is pending before the Hon'ble Patna High Court, the candidates shall have to give an undertaking to this effect at the time of admission.
2) At the time of the admission while paying the tuition and another fee for 1st year through Bank Draft, the candidate shall also have to furnish Bank Guarantee/Bond for the payment of the college fee for the remaining period of the course.

c) Hostel fee: Air-conditioned hostel is available for Boys and Girls separately. Students admitted in the MBBS course have to reside within the campus in hostels. The annual hostel fee is Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees two lacs fifty thousand).
d) Student Amenities fee: Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) per annum (Transport, Sports, Gymnasium, Wi-Fi, etc) as per policy of the college.

Note:
I) The annual tuition fee is charged for Four & Half years for the entire course. The first-year tuition fee is payable at the time of admission. The selected and admitted students shall be required to deposit the annual tuition fee for the subsequent years (remaining Three & Half year) through Bank draft/RTGS each year on or before the end of the month of June failing which he/she shall not be allowed to appear at the University Examination and late fee will be charged.
II) At the time of the admission while paying the tuition fee for ft year through Bank Draft, the candidate shall also have to furnish Bank Guarantee/Bond for payment of the college fee for the remaining period of the course. During the admission process, a student has to sign a bond (against discontinuation of course) of the value of Rs. 29,33,000/-(Rupees Twenty nine lakh thirty-three thousand only) with his/her parents/guardians as witnesses. The stamp paper necessary for the procedure will be supplied by the student and must be authorized by a first-class magistrate later on and the content of the bond will be supplied by the Institution.
III) Candidate must bring Medical Certificate from Registered Medical practitioner at the time of Admission.
2) Hostel Fee: The annual Hostel Fee is Rs. 2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakhs only) per annum. The hostel fee is payable for 5 1/2 years. Candidates staying in the hostel for more than 5 1/2 years either due to failure in examination or extension of Internship or for any other reason will be required to pay an additional hostel fee for their extended stay. The extended duration shall be divided into a fraction of 6 or 12 months and accordingly fee shall be payable as per the scheduled date every year.
3) Student Amenities Fee: Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) (Transport, Sports, Gymnasium, etc.) per annum As per policy of the college

14. Madhubani Medical College
1. The tuition fee for resident Indians shall be R5.13,50,000 per annum as fixed by the Educational Fee Fixation Committee for the session 2020-21.
2. The fee structure of the college is Rs. 4,00,000/- (Four lakh rupees) Per Year for Four Years for BDS 1st year, BDS 2nd year, BDS 3rd year and the BDS 4th year.
However after the meeting of Governing body of our College has decided to reduce the fee from 4,50,000/-(Four lakh fifty thousand rupees) to 4,00,000(Four lakh rupees) per annum.(for session 2020-21) onwards. This decision has been taken due to COVID-19 Pandemic.
