RGUHS notifies on Commencement Of MBBS Theory Professional Exams, Details
Karnataka: Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) has informed about the commencement of MBBS Theory Examinations of II Professional, III Professional Part-I, and Part-II of RS3 scheme and I Professional Resit Examination of RS3 scheme on 30th July 2022.
Time Table for 2nd Professional MBBS (RS3) Examination – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
1. 30th July 2022 – Pathology Paper
2. 1st August 2022 – Pathology Paper - II
3. 3rd August 2022 – Microbiology Paper - I
4. 5th August 2022 – Microbiology Paper - II
5. 8th August 2022 – Pharmacology Paper - I
6. 10th August 2022 – Pharmacology Paper - II

Payment of fees details –
Payment of Examination fee by student –
1. Without fine – 27th June 2022 to 6th July 2022
2. With a fine of Rs 100 - 7th July 2022 - 11th July 2022
3. With a fine of Rs.20O - 12th July 2022 - 14th July 2022
The fee paid by students to be transferred to the University –
1. Last date without fine - 7th July 2022
2. Last date with fine of Rs 100 - 12th July 2022
3. Last date with fine of Rs 200 - 15th July 2022
As per RGUHS the students will have to pay an examination application form fee of Rs 200, examination fee of Rs 750, a provisional degree certificate of Rs 600, and a convocation fee of Rs 2000 (Indian National), Rs 4000 (Foreign NationalOnce paid, the examination fee and cannot be refunded or readjusted under any circumstances.
The IA marks should be entered in IA marks entry portal, and the freeze report copy should be sent to the register RGUHS, Bangalore.
Last date for –
1. Online entry of internal assessment marks of both regular 86 repeater students into examination IA marks entry portal - 2nd July 2022
2. Submission froze hard copies of IA marks to the University without fine – 4th July 2022
3. Online entry copies and submission of frozen hard copies of IA marks to the University with a fine of Rs 10000 – 5th July 2022 – 8th July 2022
4. Online entry copies and submission of frozen hard copies of IA marks to the University with a fine of Rs 20000 – 10th July 2022 – 12th July 2022
RGUHS have further notified that the IA marks received after the last date fixed will not be considered for declaration of result for which the Principal is solely held responsible.
Final year students are required to pay the PDC and convocation fee along with the examination fees. The failed students [repeaters] need not pay the marks card fee. The failed final year students [repeaters] need not pay the PDC and convocation fees because they have paid in the earlier examinations. If there is any revision in the fee structure concerning marks card, PDC and convocation fee, then the students should pay the difference amount.
Students note that they cannot change the examination center. Students applying for Convocation Degree Certificate are instructed to submit the prescribed application form along with a passport size photos. The specification is given in the notice below.
The Principals are required to furnish attendance of all the candidates by calculating the attendance up to the last working day of course/term. There is no provision for condonation of attendance. They should ensure the online/regular theory / practical classes are conducted before the examination to compensate for the loss of classes due to the pandemic.
The Institution should not collect Examination fees from the Ineligible candidate, such as those who have failed IA marks and have a shortage of attendance; as per the ordinance, both the candidates and the Principal should sign a filled application formal in the required places. The Principal should attest to photos generated in application forms.
All the filled application eligibility of students will be verified by the Principal and will be submitted to the Registrar (Evaluation) on or before the specified dates by insured post or authorized person.
The Principals of colleges should collect the fee from each candidate and send a financial statement showing the details of name of the candidates, register numbers, subject appearing and fees paid receipt along with online transaction ID / Reference No etc., "in triplicate". All fee payments shall strictly be through the online college portal only. The Principals will have to send separate statements for Convocation Fee and Provisional Degree Certificate fee.
The Principal should submit the list of candidates who have not filled the application form in separate cover along with unfilled application forms.
