WBUHS informs on Submission of MD, MS Dissertation 2018-2021
Kolkata: Through a recent circular, the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) has informed about the Submission of PG Dissertation (MD/MS) for Academic Year 2018-2021
As stated in the circular: Colleges / Institutes must observe the following guidelines while submitting dissertation from the students admitted during Academic Year 2018 — 2021 (for MD/MS 3 years P.G. degree course) and 2019 — 2021 (for MD/MS 2 years PG degree course).
This is to inform all the intending and eligible candidates due to appear for PG Degree exit examination in 2021 from the University, that the portal for submission of their dissertation / thesis will be made live through the link given below from 01st September 2020 to 15th September 2020.
- Students who have not yet registered with this portal, need to register first, to submit their Dissertation / Thesis through this portal
- Click on the Register option to register as a new user in the same login page an OTP verification will be done once you submit your details.
Dissertation /Thesis Submission fee Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand) and a late fee of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand) will be applicable for Delayed submission)
Submission of Dissertation *without LATE FEE Rs. 2000/-(Two Thousand) only.

NOTE:
i) 01st May is considered as cut off date for calculations.
ii) The proposed guidelines as above are as per existing MCI and WBUHS Post Graduate regulations.
iii) Submission of Thesis / Dissertation MUST BE at least 06(six) months before (Theory / Practical) Examination.
iv) Thesis / Dissertation submission fees (with or without rate fee as prescribed by the University) have to be paid through Online portal.
v) In case of any issue regarding online thesis /dissertation submission process, send a mail to the following address :
* * *All Principals/Directors/Head of the Institutions are requested to circulate this to all departments conducting MDMS courses and direct all PG students of their respective Institutions accordingly**
