NBE extends thesis submission deadline for DrNB final theory exam October 2026

As per the Information Bulletin for the DrNB Final Theory Exam October 2026 session, candidates who are desirous of appearing in this exam session were required to submit their Thesis on or before 09 August 2026 (11:55 PM).

However, NBEMS has received requests from several trainees to extend the last date for submission of the thesis, as these trainees have not been able to submit their thesis due to multiple reasons.

Therefore, NBE has decided to extend the last date for submission of the thesis for the DrNB Final Theory Exam-October 2026 session till today, i.e. 18 August 2026 (11:55 PM).

Hence, the relevant clauses of the Information Bulletin of the DrNB Final Theory Examination October 2026 session should be read accordingly.

Meanwhile, all the concerned trainees and accredited institutions are informed that no further extension shall be given, and those trainees who do not submit their thesis by 18 August 2026 (11:55 PM) shall be rendered ‘Ineligible’ to appear in their DrNB Final Theory Examination-October 2026 session, the notice stated.

Candidates facing difficulties related to application submission, refunds for failed transactions or payment gateway issues can contact NBEMS Candidate Care Support. Queries may also be raised through the helpline portal available after logging into the applicant account.

For questions concerning eligibility or documents, candidates have been directed to submit their requests through the NBEMS Communication Web Portal. The Board cautioned that queries or representations submitted through other channels may not be considered and could lead to delays in receiving a response.
