NBE Final Call for 2023 Trainees to Submit Registration Documents
New Delhi- The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is giving the final Opportunity for Registration with NBEMS for trainees of the 2023 Admission Session.
As per the notice in this regard, while reviewing the self-appraisal furnished by the trainees of the 2023 admissions session, it has been observed that the self-appraisal of some trainees are not supported by the prescribed documents. All such trainees have been reminded multiple times to submit the prescribed documents/clarifications.
Therefore, all such trainees who are yet to be registered with NBEMS for various NBEMS courses are hereby given a final opportunity to submit their prescribed documents for registration with NBEMS, latest by 3rd January 2025, failing which their candidature for the training programme shall be cancelled.
Deficient / Prescribed documents for Registration with NBEMS can only be submitted through the Online Portal for Joining and Registration (OPJR) which can be accessed through a link which is mentioned in the notice. However, documents submitted through any other mode shall not be processed.
An indicative list of trainees who have failed to submit prescribed documents for registration with NBEMS despite multiple reminders/opportunities has also been published on the official website of NBE. As per the list, many students have not submitted the prescribed documents across the colleges of India.
NBEMS has introduced a Self-Appraisal by candidates for seeking registration with NBEMS as NBEMS trainees to pursue NBEMS courses, from the 2023 admission session onwards. Self-appraisal was meant to determine the eligibility of trainees for registration with NBEMS as trainees subsequent to their joining at the NBEMS accredited institutions through centralized merit-based counselling for the 2023 admission session.
The candidate who have joined various NBEMS courses for 2the 023 admission session subsequent to verification of their self-appraisal by respective training institutes have been provisionally registered with NBEMS.
