NBE to distribute FMGE June 2026 pass certificates from July 22, details

New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the schedule for distributing the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) Screening Test Pass Certificates for the June 2026 session.
The FMGE Pass certificates shall be issued only in person to the candidates who have qualified in the FMGE June 2026 session.
As per the official notice issued by the NBE, the Pass certificates shall be issued at the NBEMS office in PSP Area, Sector-09, Dwarka, New Delhi, from 22 July 2026 to 20 August 2026, as per the schedule prescribed on the entry slip of each individual candidate.
All candidates declared qualified in FMGE June 2026 who fail to collect their Pass Certificates as per the assigned schedule may collect the same within six months from the date of result declaration, i.e. on or before 07th January 2027. Failing this, their candidature and result for FMGE June 2026 shall be deemed cancelled, and no further opportunity shall be granted.
Candidates who could not collect their certificates on the scheduled date should not come on any other day without prior approval. They must seek approval for a revised schedule by submitting a request through the NBEMS Communication Web Portal (CWP) after 20 August 2026.
Therefore, qualified and eligible candidates are required to be present on the specified date and time for collection of their Pass certificate. Candidates are advised to report to the NBEMS office strictly as per the assigned time slot in order to avoid crowding.
Candidates are advised to make their return journey travel arrangements, considering any unforeseen issues in verification of identity, documentation and issue of pass certificate.
They shall be required to bring the documents in original as prescribed in the Information Bulletin. Candidates will be required to bring the printout of the “Entry Slip” to seek entry at the NBEMS office.
The FMGE Pass certificate will be issued only on production of prescribed documents in original and on verification of identity, including biometrics/Face ID.
Meanwhile, the self-declaration included in the Entry Slip must be thoroughly read, understood and filled in by the candidate in advance before coming to collect the FMGE Pass Certificate. Pass Certificate shall not be released unless the self-declaration is submitted.
Through the notice, the Board has instructed that the Pass Certificates shall not be issued to any authorised representative or any person other than the candidate himself/herself under any circumstances.
