KNRUHS to close mop up web options for MSc Nursing admissions, check details

KNRUHS Begins Mop-Up Counselling for M.Sc Nursing, MPT Admissions

Warangal: The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has announced the mop-up phase of web-based counselling for admission to MSc Nursing and MPT courses under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2025-26, allowing eligible candidates to exercise their web options till April 21, 2026, for the allotment of vacant seats in affiliated colleges.

Eligible candidates whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list for M.Sc (N) and MPT course on the website of KNRUHS Warangal can exercise web - options online from computer with internet connection.

All the eligible candidates can exercise web options for admission into M.Sc (N) and MPT course in colleges affiliated to KNRUHS till 21-04-2026 through website subject to following conditions

Candidates who were allotted seats in the Second phase of counseling and who did not join the course/discontinued the course after joining are not eligible to exercise web-options

UNIVERSITY FEE: Allotted Candidates have to pay University fee of Rs. 10,000/- for M.Sc (N) and MPT Course through payment Gateway by using Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.

Candidates who have paid the University fee in the second phase need not pay the fee again.

The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES :

1) Eligible candidates can exercise web options for MPT Course in all the Colleges as per their priority. There is no limit to the number of options

2) Candidates are informed that they have to exercise web options to the course and colleges in which they are interested to join. If they are not interested to join in course/college, they should not exercise options for the same

3) Candidates are advised to exercise web options for seats in all courses/ colleges in which they are interested to join irrespective of available vacant seats shown in seat matrix, as vacancies will arise during counseling process due to sliding of candidates from allotted seats in second phase of counseling to other seats as per their web options in the mop up phase of counseling.

4) If a seat is allotted in this phase of counseling as per the priority of web options exercised by the candidate in this phase of counseling, the seat allotted in second phase of counseling will be automatically cancelled and allotted to the other candidate. Therefore, the candidates are informed to exercise web options carefully for sliding with awareness of this fact.

5) One time pass word will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of exercising web options after saving Options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. Candidates are instructed to take a print out of saved options.

6) Candidates will receive SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat, if allotted. Candidates are directed to login to check their allotment status on website without fail.

7) The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment and report to the Principal of respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

8) Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically and candidates will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent phases of counseling.

9) If the candidate slides to other college during Mop up phase of counseling, Candidate has to get relieved from Second phase joined college collect custodian/relieving certificate, fees and report to the allotted college of Mop up phase before last date of joining

10) If a candidate is allotted a seat in MPT course as per his/her options and does not join the course he/she will not be eligible for admissions in subsequent phases of counseling.

11) Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted by the Admission Committee at the allotted college and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University regulations.

12) Original certificates will not be returned to the candidate, unless the candidate discontinues the course.
