Hyderabad: The Health and Family Welfare Department of the Telangana Government has recently released a notice regarding the fixation of fee structure for PG medical and dental courses of this year for the private unaided non-minority/minority medical and dental colleges in the state.
According to the notice, Telangana Admission and Fee Regulation Committee (TAFRC) had earlier submitted a proposal for fixation of fee structure of PG medical and dental courses for a period of 2020-2026 for private unaided non-minority/minority medical and dental colleges in the state. The notice further mentioned that the Government has examined the matter given by TAFRC and accepted its recommendations.
The Health Medical and Family Welfare Department under the Government of Telangana issued a mandate for all private unaided non-minority/minority medical and dental colleges in the state. According to the directive, tuition fees must be paid annually, and students admitted before the academic year 2023-24 will maintain the same fee rate until course completion. Institutions are required to collect annual tuition fees in advance, either as a lump sum or in instalments. The management can request a Bank Guarantee for the next academic year's tuition fee.
