Mumbai: Through recent notices, the Maha CET Cell has informed about the schedule for mop up round 3 for PG medical seats and instutionnal round for both NEET PG and NEET MDS counselling 2020.

The details of the concerned notices are mentioned as below:

Schedule for filling up vacant PG Medical/Dental Seats of Institutional Level Round-2 for Private Unaided/ Minority Medical/Dental College

The Medical Council of India and Dental Council of India have extended the last date of admission from 31st July 2020 to 31st Aug 2020. In view of few PG vacant seats in private Medical/ Dental college the Competent Authority decided to conduct Institutional Level Round -2. The schedule for Institutional Level Round -2 is as under.

The Dean/ Principal of the Institution shall carry out the admission for these vacant seats on the basis of Inter‐se merit from the list of NEET PG/MDS ‐ 2020 eligible candidates as per the directions issued by the Competent Authority during Academic Year 2020‐21.

Schedule for filling up vacant PG Medical Seats after 31/07/2020 at Government/Corporation/Government Aided Medical College
The Medical Council of India has extended the last date for admission in Post Graduate courses from 31st July 2020 to 31st Aug 2020. The Competent Authority has decided to fill up vacant PG Medical Seats at the end of Second MOP UP Round completed on 31/07/2020. It is noted that many candidates have not joined in the MOP UP Round 2, the reason appears to be such candidates wanted to quit the admission processes of NEET- PG2020. Therefore, competent Authority has decided as under;
 The desirous candidates can submit online OPT OUT/QUIT the process through their Log-in after the display of remaining vacant seats at the end of Mop-up Round 2.
 The admitted candidates (Govt./Private) who have not filled Status Retention form previously can fill the Status Retention Form to avoid further shifting.
 Any Candidate selected in MOP UP round -3 fails to join or resign after joining the allotted seat, then such a candidate will have to pay penalty as per Rule No 21.1 & 21.2 as well as he/she will not be eligible for admission through State Quota for subsequent two Academic years.
 The seats remaining vacant after MOP UP Round 3 will be filled at Institution level by the desirous Candidate who can submit the application form in person. The detail Schedule is as under-
