PG Session to commence from October 20th: MCC issues notice, check out full counselling schedule here
New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has notified about the DGHS circular mentioning that the new session of PG Courses for the academic year 2021 may be started from 20.10.2022. The complete tentative schedule for NEET PG counselling was released herewith.
The DGHS mentioned in its letter to the NMC, "Schedule of NEET-PG counselling for the academic year 2022 to be conducted by MCC of DGHS and the State PG Counselling to be conducted by respective state counselling authorities has been prepared (Copy of both the schedules enclosed) which is approved by the competent authority. The State schedule of PG Counselling 2022 is being forwarded to you and it is requested that the same may be uploaded on NMC website for faithful obedience of the same by the states."
"Also, the schedule of PG Counselling for the academic year 2022 to be conducted by MCC of DGHS may be ratified before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence, NMC may approach Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of Ashish Ranjan vs. UOI & ors. (W.P © No. 76 of 2015) for approval of revised schedule for this academic year. Further, new session for PG Courses for the academic year 2021 may be started from 20.10.2022," the letter added.
