Speaking to TOI, BSL's chief of communication Manikant Dhan said, "This strategic partnership aims to develop a state-of-the-art 150-bed super speciality hospital within the BGH premises. The facility will offer advanced medical care in multiple disciplines, including cardiology, CTVS, neurology, oncology, oncosurgery, nephrology, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, and critical care."

According to the MoU, HSCC India Limited, recognized for its expertise in healthcare infrastructure development, will partner with BSL to build a sustainable and technologically advanced healthcare ecosystem that meets the highest medical standards. This new project will be executed in two phases.
The first phase will involve HSCC India Limited preparing a draft project report, including a concept plan and preliminary financial estimates. They will also provide details of the shortlisted partners along with the proposed financial model for BSL's review. In the second phase, the process will move forward with design, construction, and handover to the selected partner.
As per the media report by TOI, Dhan added, "This collaboration will not only strengthen BGH's healthcare infrastructure but also set a benchmark in social welfare through robust medical services."
