New Delhi: Through a recent notification, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the Schedule and all necessary details pertaining to the Online Centralized Merit Based Counseling - FNB 2020 Admission Session.

All the concerned candidates seeking FNB admission this academic year are hereby requested to view the schedule, Process of Online FNB Counseling, registration fee payment details and eligibility criteria as mentioned below:

The Centralized Online Merit Based Counseling for admission to FNB courses for 2020 Admission Session shall be conducted by NBE as per the schedule given below:

SECOND ROUND
7	Filling of option/choices for 2nd Round of counseling. (From available vacant seats)	23rd & 24th February 2021
8	Processing of Allotment	25th February 2021
9	Result of 2nd Round Allotment	26th February 2021
10	Payment of 1st Year Course Fee	26th & 27th February 2021
11	Physical joining at allotted Institute	27th February to 5th March 2021
Further round of Counseling shall depend on the number of vacant seats after the 2nd round of Counseling. The decision to conduct any further round is purely discretionary and the decision of the NBE in this regard shall be final and binding.

Registration & filling of choices has to be done through website (counseling.nbe.edu.in ). Candidates are advised to fill their preferences/choice of seats carefully and Lock and Confirm them so that the same are considered by the System. If there is INACTION i.e. the candidate does not Lock and Confirm the preferences/choices of seats, the System will not accept the choices of seats and the candidate will not be allotted any seat.

Eligibility criteria for participation in the 1st round:

 Must have qualified FET 2020 and should fulfil the Eligibility Criteria as indicated in Para 5 of the Information Bulletin for FET 2020.

Eligibility criteria for participation in the 2nd round:

 Candidates who have not been allotted any seat in the 1st round of Counseling.

 Candidates who have been allotted the seat in the 1st round of Counseling but have not confirmed the seat allotted to them.

Candidates are required to pay the Counseling registration fee at the time of online registration as follows:

Fee	GST @18%	Total
Rs.2,500/-	Rs.450/-	Rs. 2,950/-*

*Payment gateway charges shall be borne by the candidate.

Counseling Registration fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances once the candidate has been registered for Counseling.

The seat matrix of available vacant seats shall be uploaded on the website counseling.nbe.edu.in on commencement of the online Counseling.

Candidate allotted with a seat during the Counseling process is required to deposit One-year non-refundable Course Fee to confirm and FREEZE the allotment of seat as follows:

*Payment gateway charges shall be borne by the candidate.

Candidates may note that the allotment of seat in the Counseling is subject to the candidates being eligible in all respects and verification of their original documents at the time of joining the allotted institute.

Candidates may note that if they do not confirm and freeze the seat allotted to them in the 1st round of Counseling, the seat will be released for inclusion in the 2nd round of Counseling.
