Even Healthcare to Raise Rs 208 Cr in Series B Led by Khosla Ventures, Targeting USD 300 Mn Valuation
Bengaluru: Healthtech startup Even Healthcare is looking to raise INR 208.24 crore (approximately USD 22 million) through a proposed Series B funding round led by Khosla Ventures, according to the company's regulatory filings.
The funding round is also expected to receive participation from DLB Ventures, Simon Fiduciaria, ADBEEV LLP and Better Capital. The proposed capital infusion will support Even Healthcare’s expansion of its managed-care hospital network and strengthen its integrated healthcare delivery ecosystem.
The Bengaluru-based startup also intends to enhance the use of digital technologies across its healthcare operations, including artificial intelligence-powered tools. A portion of the proposed funds is expected to be deployed towards expanding its telemedicine capabilities and strengthening technology-enabled healthcare services.
As per reports, Even Healthcare’s board has approved a special resolution to issue 1,91,228 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at INR 10,889.91 per share to facilitate the proposed fundraising.
Under the proposed investment structure, Khosla Ventures is expected to contribute INR 145 crore. DLB Ventures and Simon Fiduciaria are set to invest INR 38.88 crore and INR 22.67 crore, respectively. Meanwhile, ADBEEV LLP and Better Capital are each expected to contribute approximately INR 1 crore.
The proposed Series B round comes only months after Even Healthcare raised $20 million in January 2026 in a funding round led by Lachy Groom and Alpha Wave.
The latest fundraising is expected to value the healthtech startup at around $300 million. Khosla Ventures has been an investor in Even Healthcare since its $5 million seed funding round in 2021 and has continued to participate in the company’s subsequent fundraising rounds.
Even Healthcare has raised approximately $72.5 million across five funding rounds so far. Its other investors include Sharrp Ventures, Lightrock, Rainmatter and 8VC.
Founded in 2020, Even Healthcare operates a membership-based healthcare platform offering primary care, diagnostic services and hospital treatment. The startup follows a continuous-care model, with dedicated teams supporting patients through virtual and in-clinic consultations, diagnostics, hospitalisation and post-discharge recovery. According to Inc42, the company currently serves around 50,000 to 60,000 members in Bengaluru and reaches between 200,000 and 300,000 patients across India through its individual and corporate healthcare plans.
Even Healthcare established its first hospital in Bengaluru last year and is now expanding its hospital network. The startup plans to open another four to five hospitals by the end of this year as it works towards building a larger integrated healthcare ecosystem combining physical care infrastructure with digital, telemedicine and AI-driven healthcare solutions.
