Dadachanji Group Enters Medical Devices Space, Launches KAIRISH Innotech

New Delhi: The Dadachanji Group, a pharmaceutical manufacturer, has announced its entry into the medical devices and advanced engineering space, marking a strategic expansion beyond its core pharma operations. The company will now focus on designing and manufacturing customised medical devices, specialised machinery, and automation solution, aiming to cater to the growing demand for precision-driven technologies in healthcare and allied industries.
As part of this diversification, the Group has introduced a new vertical under the brand name KAIRISH Innotech, which will operate as a dedicated engineering and manufacturing arm. The new venture is positioned as a one-stop solution provider offering end-to-end services ranging from conceptual design to final manufacturing. It will cater not only to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors but also to other industries requiring customised engineering and automation capabilities.
According to the company, KAIRISH Innotech will specialise in the design and manufacture of bespoke pharmaceutical machinery and medical devices, along with precision tooling, components, and fabricated equipment. Its portfolio will also include robotics and industrial automation solutions, as well as sterilisation technologies, which are critical for regulated manufacturing environments where quality, accuracy, and compliance are essential.
The Dadachanji Group said the move is aimed at helping customers streamline operations by reducing dependence on multiple vendors for specialised equipment and engineering services. By integrating design, fabrication, automation, and installation under one umbrella, the company expects to offer faster execution, better coordination, and customised solutions aligned with client-specific requirements.
The foray into medical devices and automation reflects the Group’s intent to leverage its long-standing manufacturing experience and technical expertise to tap into adjacent, high-growth segments. While the company has traditionally been associated with pharmaceuticals and packaging-related solutions, this expansion signals a broader focus on advanced manufacturing and technology-led offerings.
The development, reported by The Times of India, comes at a time when India’s healthcare and industrial sectors are witnessing rising demand for high-end, customised engineering solutions, particularly in areas combining mechanical design, precision fabrication, and automation.
With KAIRISH Innotech, the Dadachanji Group aims to strengthen its presence across the healthcare manufacturing ecosystem and position itself as a key player in delivering integrated engineering and medical device solutions aligned with evolving industry needs.
