Alkem Launches Olesoft Trucera Lotion to Repair Skin Barrier, Boost Hydration

Mumbai: Alkem Laboratories Ltd. has recently launched Olesoft Trucera, an advanced moisturising lotion designed to restore hydration, repair the skin barrier and soothe skin flare-ups.
Olesoft Trucera contains N-Palmitoyl Serinol, which stimulates the skin’s natural ceramide production, a blend of five ceramides that help lock in moisture and strengthen the skin barrier, and dual oat actives and niacinamide for anti-inflammatory benefits. "The product will be available on prescription and should be used under medical advice," the company said.

According to SMSRC data (April 2025), Olesoft Max is the most prescribed moisturiser by dermatologists in India. In June 2025, Olesoft Lite was recognised by IQVIA as the “Best Launch of the Year” in the face moisturiser category.
