More than 8000 pharma units present in States, UTs, Minister informs Parliament
New Delhi: Over 8000 pharma units are present in States and Union Territories (UTs) across the nation, the Minister of Chemical and Fertilizer Mansukh L. New Delhi: Over 8000 pharma units are present in States and Union Territories (UTs) across the nation, the Minister of Chemical and Fertilizer Mansukh L. Mandaviya recently informed the Parliament while responding to a query regarding registered pharmaceutical drug manufacturers.
As per Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO), the details of number of pharmaceutical drug manufacturers, State/UT-wise, in the country as on 29-05-2020 are as given below:
