Gland Pharma COO Satnam Singh Loomba to Step Down
New Delhi: Gland Pharma Limited has informed stock exchanges that Satnam Singh Loomba, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company, will retire from his position with effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2026, upon attaining superannuation.
In a regulatory filing made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company stated that Loomba will also cease to be part of the Senior Management Personnel from the same date.
Satnam Singh Loomba has been associated with Gland Pharma since May 1, 2024, when he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he contributed to the company’s operational leadership and management initiatives.
The Board of Directors and the management of Gland Pharma placed on record their sincere appreciation for his leadership and contributions, the company said.
The company clarified that there are no additional disclosures required with respect to relationships between directors or other particulars as prescribed under the relevant regulations.
