J.B. Chemicals CFO Narayan Saraf Resigns

New Delhi: J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed about the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, Narayan Saraf. in a regulatory disclosure filed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

According to the filing, Saraf tendered his resignation on January 28, 2026, citing personal reasons and his decision to pursue other professional opportunities. The company clarified that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated.

The disclosure further noted that Saraf will cease to hold office with effect from the close of business hours on January 30, 2026.

The intimation has been made in accordance with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, as amended from time to time, which prescribes disclosure requirements for changes in Key Managerial Personnel.
