Jubilant Ingrevia ropes in Shilpa Sachdeva Bhullar as Vice President - Legal
Jubilant Ingrevia has announced the appointment of Shilpa Sachdeva Bhullar as Vice President - Legal, based out of Corporate Office, Noida.
Shilpa brings with her nearly two decades of experience in Legal Affairs, Compliance, and Governance across diverse sectors. She has worked with leading organizations driving global M&A, strategic collaborations, contracts and litigation management, ESG strategy, risk and crisis management.
In her new role, Shilpa will focus on strengthening legal, compliance, and governance frameworks across the Jubilant Group. She will also serve as the Legal Business Partner for Jubilant Ingrevia, working closely with the leadership team to enhance legal processes, ensure regulatory alignment, and support strategic decision-making.
Prior to joining Jubilant Ingrevia, she also worked at PI Industries, Rivigo, DSM, UnitedLex Corporation, Future Generali, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, etc.
