Sandip Ghume to resign as Unichem Labs Deputy CFO, Key Managerial Personnel
Mumbai: Through a recent BSE filing, Unichem Labs has informed that Sandip Ghume has given his resignation from the post of Deputy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company effective from the closure of the business hours on 30th June 2024, to pursue career opportunity outside the Company.
"The Company has accepted his resignation and will be relieved from his duties w.e.f. 30th June June 2024," Unichem said in a BSE filing.
