Senores Pharma Reappoints Swapnil Shah as Managing Director, Chetan Shah as Whole-Time Director
Ahmedabad: Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited has approved the reappointment of Swapnil Jatinbhai Shah as Managing Director and Chetan Bipinchandra Shah as Whole-Time Director for a further term of three consecutive years.
The reappointment of Swapnil Jatinbhai Shah will be effective from October 15, 2026, while Chetan Bipinchandra Shah’s new term will begin on November 10, 2026. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval through the postal ballot process.
Swapnil Jatinbhai Shah, the company’s promoter and Managing Director, has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. He oversees the company’s overall operations, product portfolio management, corporate strategy and business development.
Chetan Bipinchandra Shah, who also serves as Chief Operating Officer, brings over 30 years of professional experience, including 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He has previously been associated with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited and Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited. His responsibilities include strategic planning, capacity expansion, manufacturing operations, supply chain management, risk management and mergers and acquisitions.
The reappointments are expected to maintain continuity in the company’s leadership and management, subject to the required shareholder approvals.
