Final Call for Unplaced B.Pharm 2025 Candidates: Kerala CEE Opens Special Allotment Window

Thiruvananthapuram: In a move that opens a final admission window for pharmacy aspirants, the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala has launched a special allotment for B.Pharm 2025, exclusively for candidates who currently do not hold any B.Pharm seat in the state.
The allotment has been initiated based on a High Court directive issued under WP(C) No. 42594 of 2025 (y) dated 24.11.2025, and requires students to submit their options online by 1 PM on November 28, 2025 through the official KEAM portal.
Eligible candidates must log in using their KEAM 2025 application number and password and complete option registration under the “KEAM 2025 – Candidate Portal.” The allotment result will also be published on November 28, allowing students to proceed with immediate admission formalities.
Only students listed in the eligibility list published by CEE Kerala and not presently holding a B.Pharm seat anywhere in Kerala are permitted to participate. The special allotment will strictly follow the state rank list and the options registered during this short window.
Candidates who receive an allotment must join the allotted college between November 29 and 3 PM on November 30, 2025, after paying the requisite fees. Authorities have clearly stated that no extension will be granted for option registration or joining dates, making timely action essential.
This special round has been introduced to fill the remaining seats at the Kerala Academy of Pharmacy, a private self-financing institution, following directions from the court. The complete list of eligible students has already been uploaded on the official website, enabling candidates to verify their status before completing registration.
According to a recent media report published by Mathrubhumi, all relevant guidelines—including eligibility criteria, registration steps, allotment rules and admission instructions - are available on the official CEE portal for candidates to review in detail.
