GPAT 2024: NBE To Close Pre-Final Edit Window Today
New Delhi- The pre-final edit window for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) applicants for the 2024 session is going to close today i.e. 23rd May 2024, till 11:55 PM, so candidates are advised to visit the official website of NBE and make the changes as soon as possible. Following this, the final editing window will start from May 28 to 30, 2024, as per the NBE information bulletin on GPAT.
The edit window for GPAT began on May 11, 2024, and ended on May 14, 2024.
Meanwhile, in regard to the pre-final edit window, NBE in its official notice stated that after the closure of the edit window, it has been noted that some candidates have not uploaded their photographs, signatures and/or thumb impressions as per the prescribed Image Upload Instructions. Such candidates are required to rectify the image(s) in their application form during the Pre-Final edit window.
While instructing, NBE stated through the notice that “Incorrect images can be edited any number of times before the closure of the Pre-Final edit window. Please note that the last submitted information will be saved in records”.

Along with this, NBE has also released the list of candidates who need to correct the images in their GPAT application.
POSSIBLE REJECTIONS FOR PHOTOGRAPHS
1 Photograph older than 3 months.
2 Lack of light in the room.
3 Not using white/light-coloured background.
4 Overexposed/underexposed photos.
5 Absence of formal attire while taking photos.
6 Objects behind you while capturing the photograph.
7 Blurred image; Poor image quality.
8 Eyes closed/not looking into the camera.
9 Eyes not visible due to glare on spectacles.
10 Black and white photographs.
11 Uploading photograph showing it on a mobile phone.
12 Cropped photograph from a group photo.
13 Does not contain the full face, ears, neck, and shoulders of the entrant in frontal view; Side pose taken/selfie uploaded.
14 Defective hue of the photo.
POSSIBLE REJECTIONS FOR SIGNATURE
1Blurred signatures.
2 Signature in capital letters.
3 Signature on the ruled page.
4 Initials only; Not complete signatures.
5 Whole pages have been scanned and uploaded instead of the box drawn for signatures
POSSIBLE REJECTIONS FOR THUMB IMPRESSION
1 Pressed too lightly.
2 Pressed too hard.
3 Too much ink.
4 Not enough ink covering the entire fingertip.
5 Center loop and/or Deltas are not legible.
6 Whole pages have been scanned and uploaded instead of the box drawn for the impression.

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has started its pre-final edit window for applicants of the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) for the 2024 session from May 21, 2024, after the completion of GPAT registration on May 8, 2024, at 11:55 pm. However, GPAT registration 2024 was started on April 19, 2024, at 3:00 PM in online mode.
Let us tell you that the GPAT 2024 exam will be conducted on June 8, 2024, on a computer-based platform at various testing centres across the country.
