My sincere thanks to Justice B K MISHRA..
….. FOR HIS CONCERN FOR THE HELPLESS . NEGLECTED , INVARIABLY MENTALLY DISTERBED PEOPLE- DESTITUTE. ON COUPLE OF OCCASIONS I HAVE GONE OUT OF WAY TO HELPTHEM. UNFORTUNATELY , I HAVE NOT SEEN SYMPATHY, EMPATHY , CARE & CONCERN ATTITUDE IN MEDICAL STUDENTS. THEY HAVE PLENTY ENERGY TO FREAKOUT DRINKING , DANCING WITH ALLSORTS EXCUSES – GANESHA , INAUGURAL, VALIDACTORY , CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR……BUT RARE TO FIND THEM ON NATIONAL FESTIVALS LIKE INDIPENDANCE & REPUBLIC DAY . There should be rules & regulations to impose them like in police & army. NATION FIRST SHOULD BE THE MOTO.

OUT OF 650 TEACHING BEDS IN A MEDICAL COLLEGE , AT LEAST 2O BEDS SHOULD BE RESERVED / DEDICATED DESTITUTES . I HAVE SEEN THEM TREATING THEM WORSE THAN STRAY ANIMALS IN ONE OF THE MEDICAL COLLEGE . THEY PROVED IT RIGHT \” EVERY BODY\’S RESPONSIBILITY IS NO BODY\’S RESPONSIBILITY \” EVEN FATHER OF THE NATION MAHATMA GANDHI\’S SON HARILAL TREATEDLY SHABILY LIKE A DESTITUTE IN ONE OF THE HOSPITAL BEFORE HIS DEATH . IT MAY BE DEDICATED TO HIM & NAMED AS HARILAL GANDHI WARD . His life was real tragidy through out, starting from his early childhood / adolescent days in south Africa & his rest of life in India. Except few days as a PROMOTER of Godrej soap manager. It was most tragic end .
