Kerala: 65-Year-Old COVID-19 Patient Commits Suicide In Kannur Government Medical College Hospital
Kannur: In a shocking incident, a 60-year-old COVID-19 patient allegedly committed suicide at Kannur Government Medical College Hospital (KGMCH), Pariyaram by hanging himself inside the bathroom of the hospital.
Police identified the deceased as Raveendran (60) of Chala. He was found hanging inside the bathroom of the hospital on September 4 (Friday) by the hospital staff in the morning while conducting a search after he went missing from the hospital ward, reports UNI.

Prior to this, another senior COVID-19 patient had committed suicide. Medical Dialogues team had reported that a 60-year-old COVID-19 patient, committed suicide by hanging after making a noose with a pajama hanging from an iron mesh in the 9th floor of Seven Hill Hospital.
