NEET Counselling 2020: MP DME informs on Bond Submission at the time of MBBS, BDS admissions

Madhya Pradesh: Through a recent notice, MP DME has informed the NEET 2020 Counselling candidates regarding the submission of Bond at the time of MBBS and BDS admissions.

All the concerned candidates who are seeking MBBS and BDS admissions in the MP based medical and dental colleges are hereby requested to view the details of the said notice as attached below:

"Allotted candidates from First/Second round of counselling who wish to opt for upgradation in subsequent round/rounds of counselling will have to furnish an affidavit on Rs. 500/- stamp paper to the Dean/Principal of the institution, stating that in case of candidate not upgrading in subsequent round/rounds, he/she will furnish rural service and seat leaving bond separately (as per proforma-8) in the name of Dean (in case of admission in Government Medical/Dental colleges) or Director Medical Education MP ( in case of admission 'n Private Medical/Dental colleges)," said the notice issued by Director Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh

In the revised edition of the fee chart of the medical colleges of the state released by Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Medical Education (MP DME) earlier, the following changes had been observed which the candidates should take note of while viewing the fee structure of medical colleges.

The changes observed are in the fee amount of L N Medical College. Earlier, the payable amount was Rs 1266000 which has now been raised to a total of Rs 1300000 without scholarship while the payable amount is Rs 25000 if concessions/scholarships are applied to the fee.

After the revision, the payable amount of NRI seats have also been raised in LN Medical College to Rs 3825000 from the previous amount of Rs 3723000.

Earlier, the DME had released the fee structure of all the colleges of the state as mentioned below

According to the notification, the fee amount to be paid by the candidate for an MBBS course in 13 government colleges is the same as Rs 114000 excluding scholarships.

If a candidate is eligible for Medhavi Yojana, Jankalyan Yojana the scholarship amount provided is Rs100,000 and he/she has to pay a total of Rs 14000. If a candidate is eligible for concession under the reserved category of either ST or SC, the concession amount is Rs 100000 leading to a payable amount of Rs 14000.

The thirteen government colleges are Gandhi Medical College Bhopal, Gajraraja Medical College Gwalior, Mahatma gandhi Memorial Medical College Indore, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College Jabalpur, Shyam Shah Medical College Rewa, Bundelkhand Medical College Sagar, Government medical college datia, Government medical college vidisha, Government medical college Ratlam, Government medical college khandwa, Government medical college schedhol, Chhindwara institute of medical sciences and Government medical college shivpuri.
These government colleges fee also include annual tuition fee, one time caution money which is refundable.
Candidates seeking to take admission into Private Medical Colleges for an MBBS course in Peoples college of medical sciences bhopal will have to pay a tuition fee of Rs 1240000 including security amount. The payable amount is Rs 953000 for Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science Indore including security amount.
The payable amount is Rs 953000 for Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science Indore including caution money while the payable amount is Rs 858000 in RD Gargi Medical College Ujjain.
Index Medical College Indore has to be paid a total of Rs 1250700.
The amount to be paid for Chirayu medical college bhopal is Rs 1166000, while the same fee for Amaltas medical college is rs 990000.
RKDF medical college and research centre bhopal has to be paid a total amount of Rs 1230000.
Mahaveer Institute of Medical sciences & research bhopal charges a total fee amount of rs 858000 for MBBS course. These are the payable amount of the colleges if the candidate does not qualify for any of the scholarships provided. However, if the scholarship grants are included for the course then, in all the private colleges, the total amount to be paid is rs 25000.
The scholarships available are Medhavi Yojana, Jankalyan Yojna and concessions under the reserved category of OBC,ST and SC.
For NRI candidates, admission into various medical colleges apply a varied amount of fee, the details of which are:
In Peoples college of medical sciences bhopal, the tuition fee is Rs 3000000; in Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science Indore the tuition fee is rs 2784000; in RD Gargi Medical College Ujjain the fee amount is Rs 2915500.
Whereas, in Index Medical College Indore the annual tuition fee is Rs 3677100, in Chirayu medical college bhopal the amount is rs 3423000 and in Amaltas medical college dewas it is Rs 2895000.
The fee amount of Rs3615000 is to be paid RKDF medical college bhopal while the fee amount of while the fee amount of Mahaveer Institute of medical sciences & research bhopal is Rs 2499000.
For admissions into dental colleges of the state for a BDS course, a range of private colleges are available.
The payable amount for a BDS course in Index Institute of dental science indore is Rs 205000; in RKDF dental college and research centre bhopal the fee amount to be paid is Rs 231800 which also includes caution money.
Peoples college of dental science bhopal shall charge an amount of Rs 267000 from the students.
Sri Aurobindo college of dental science indore, on the other hand, will be charging a payable amount of Rs 220000 while it is Rs253000 for College of dental science and research RAU indore.
Rishiraj college of dental science and research centre bhopal shall charge an amount of Rs230000 for the year while Bhabha college of dental science bhopal will also have to be paid a total amount of Rs 230000.
The total fee amount in Mansarovar Dental college bhopal is also Rs 230000. MThe amount to be paid for Hitkarni dental college and hospital jaipur is Rs 231500 while it is Rs 210000 for admission into Institute of Dental Education and advance studies gwalior.
Guru Gobind Singh college of dental science burhanpur shall charge a total fee of Rs 197000 while for a dental course in Peoples dental academy bhopal the amount to be paid is Rs267000. The above charges for the candidate are only in case no concession apply.
If the candidate is eligible for concessions, the final amount for courses into any of the private dental colleges mentioned is rs 10000 except in RKDF dental college
The scholarship amount for BDS course under the concession provided for reserved category of OBC is Rs100,000.
This is the detailed information on the fee structure as provided by the state government into all of the medical and dental colleges for the session 2020-21.
