Faridkot: Through a recent notice, the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot (BFUHS) has released the schedule and eligibility criteria for the mop-up and stray vacancy rounds for NEET Counselling sessions with respect to MBBS and BDS admissions 2020.

Schedule of MopUp Round:

Mop-Up round of Online Counseling Schedule

Online submission of Application Forms for Mop-Up round of online counseling alongwith registration fee @ Rs. 5000/-(2500 for SC candidates) + 18% GST as per rules. Deposition of fee will be made through online payment gateway of University.

Eligibility for MopUp Round of Counseling
• The candidates who need to apply afresh for MopUp Round of counseling (These candidates have to pay registration fee and security deposit at the time of submission of willingness as per rules)
➢ The candidates who are registering for the first time.
➢ The candidates who have resigned/surrendered the allotted seat of 1st online Counseling and exit with forfeiture of fee upto 21.12.2020 (05:00 PM) can apply afresh for MopUp Round.
➢ The candidates who have not joined the allotted seat of 2nd online Counseling and exit with forfeiture of fee upto 21.12.2020 (05:00 PM) can apply afresh for MopUp Round.
• The candidates who need not to apply afresh for MopUp Round of counseling (These candidates have to submit willingness only)
➢ The candidates who are already registered but have not been allotted any seat in Round I and II.
• The candidates who are not eligible for MopUp Round of counseling
➢ The candidates who are holding/joined the allotted seat of Round I and Round II.
• Fee to be deposited for MopUp Round:
• For candidates applying afresh:
➢ For registration the candidate has to deposit fee @Rs. 5000/- (2500/- for SC) + 18% GST for applying application Form through online payment gateway of University.
➢ For willingness the following security amount to be deposited through online payment gateway of University or in the shape of Demand Draft favoring Registrar, BFUHS payable at Faridkot:

➢ The remaining security amount i.e. Rs 90000/- to be deposited through online payment gateway of University or in the shape of Demand Draft favoring Registrar, BFUHS payable at Faridkot.
Already registered candidates who are eligible for mop up round and have already paid the security amount as per their preference need not pay again.
Stray Vacancy Round

Physical Counseling for vacant seats of MBBS Course under NEET UG-2020 (if any) will be conducted on 31.12.2020 (02:00 PM) at Senate Hall, BFUHS, Faridkot.

Eligibility for Stray Vacancy Round of Counseling
• The candidates who are eligible for Stray Vacancy round of counseling
➢ All registered candidates except the candidates who are holding/joined the allotted seat of Round I & Round II and allotted a seat in MopUp Round.
• The candidates who are not eligible for Stray Vacancy round of counseling
➢ The candidates who have been allotted a seat in MopUp Round.
➢ The candidates who are holding/joined the allotted seats of Round I/Round II/MopUp Round.
Note: Tuition Fee during Stray Vacancy Round will be collected in the shape of Demand Draft, favouring Registrar, BFUHS, Faridkot payable at Faridkot on the spot.
