Tamil Nadu CM inaugurates medical centers at 7 temples
Stalin inaugurated these centres, set up by the HR and CE department, which would have two doctors, two nurses and two multi disciplinary medical staff.
Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin launched medical centres at seven temples in the State for the benefit of the devotees.
Stalin inaugurated these centres, set up by the HR and CE department, which would have two doctors, two nurses and two multi-disciplinary medical staff.
These medical centres would be equipped with first aid and basic medical treatment, besides oxygen cylinders, beds and life-saving medicines.
Stalin launched the Centres in the Arulmigu Subramaniyaswamy Temple at Tiruchendur, Arulmigu Subramaniyaswamy Temple at Tiruttani and Sri Dhandayuthapaniswamy Temple at Palani (three of the six abodes of Lord Muruga), Arulmigu Arunachaleswarar Temple in Tiruvannamalai, Goddess Angala Parameswari Amman Temple at Melmalayanur, Arulmigu Lakshmi Narasimhaswamy Temple at Sholinghur and Lord Subramaniyaswamy Temple at Maruthamalai.
An official release said Rs 30 lakh each would be sanctioned from the temple funds for operating these medical centres.
